The scope of work my project included the end-to-end development of both a web application and a cross-platform mobile app. The goal was to bring the spiritual teachings of the Cosmic Clock into a modern, interactive format that could guide users through their daily spiritual cycles.

Key deliverables included:

UI/UX Design:

• Custom design of the Cosmic Clock interface, cycle tracker, and supporting pages.
• Responsive layout for mobile and web.

Frontend Development:

• Web application built with responsive Flutter Web.

One area for improvement would be clearer time estimates and tighter milestone tracking. While the team was responsive and flexible, some phases of the project took longer than expected due to shifting priorities and evolving requirements.

Improved documentation and more proactive updates during slower periods would have helped us stay better aligned. That said, they were always willing to adjust and address any concerns, which made the overall experience positive.
