We are a primary health care provider who specializes in internal medicine as well as provide other health services. My position is administrator.

For what projects/services did your company hire Digital Uptrend, and what were your goals?

We hired Digital Uptrend to help build and design our website as well as help grow our presence on the internet. They were very informative and helped us understand the importance of SEO, keywords, as well as statistics of the traffic we are getting on our website. Our goal was to have and grow our internet presence in order to reach a wider range of patients.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected UpTrend through a recommendation from a friend. Our deciding factors were efficiency, communication, as well as a good knowledge and understanding of building an online brand name.

We would start by having a meeting of how we wanted the website to be designed as well as easy for our patients to navigate. After the initial meeting Jack (Founder & SEO Consultant) would follow up with either messages or calls providing input and showing us our statistics. Every month Jack would provide us with data showing how the website is doing and how key words helped us move up in the google search page.

We worked with 2 people from the vendor's team. Jack and Clint (Web Designer & SEO Tech). Jack was the lead design and manager and Clint is the programer who coded and edited the site.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

One of the biggest outcomes of the project is that we were able to bring in more patients. We have definitely seen an increase in patients with our site. From what our patients have told us the site has been very helpful and easy to navigate.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The project management style was excellent. Jack made it very easy to work with with replying no later than an hour. Whenever we would want to add content to the site or adjust something on the site Jack and Clint would get it done within minutes. They were very professional with communicating on what they think would work best for the success of our website and business.

We used Basecamp to communicate a lot as well as Google meetings for when we wanted to have longer discussions about the website. They were always very prompt, clear, and enthusiastic whenever we would bring up new ideas.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we found most impressive and unique about this company is how personal they were. It did not feel like we were working with a big company that only cared about making money. It felt like we were working with a team that genuinely cares about us and wants us to succeed in our business. As a small and growing business that is something we definitely appreciate and find extremely valuable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There aren't any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently. They were exceptional.

We hired Digital Uptrend due to lack of specialized skills to perform in house SEO and less than great experiences with several other SEO firms.

Jack and Clint were very approachable and up front. There were no unreasonable promises and they immediately identified some things previous firms did that we knew were unhelpful at best and damaging at worst.

They have built backlinks, cleaned up our backlink profile, and created quality content that has resulted in more rankings, more traffic, and more links. They also cleaned up our website structure to help with customer experience, navigation, and internal linking.

There have been five individuals from oversite to content writers.

Our overall rankings have improved. We've moved from bottom first page to top first page for some key word targets, second page to first page for others, and in target for first page for phrases we didn't rank for previously.

Available, accessible, and invested. Some of our experiences with other companies have been the exact opposite.

The most unique thing is they've actually produced results. Let's be honest. Everyone claims to get results but not everyone does.

Nothing comes to mind.

I am one of two owners of a new cryotherapy spa in Colorado Springs Colorado. We focus on body sculpting using cryotherapy and also focus on anti-aging, acne and pain, using isolated cryotherapy along with LED light treatments.

We are a fairly new business in the Colorado Springs area. We had a website but didn't have all the necessary keywords to drive traffic to it. We needed it to look more professional and user-friendly. We wanted our user to be able to view our services and book online.

We needed help with our rankings and Google searches.

We had been approached by several web designers and marketing Company's. None of them felt sincere or had our interests at hand. When we met Jack and Martin we had a really good connection and we felt that they were sincerely interested in helping us. They understood our reservations and concerns. And they put us at ease immediately.

We met face-to-face on our initial visit. They took a tour of our facility. We didn't feel rushed. They had us walk through every step of our services so that they could really understand what we do and our goals in helping our clientele.

At that point they took all the data they collected from us And started working right away on researching our type of business and what our competition in the local area was like. Then they focused on setting up a plan to help us stand out different from everyone else.

What was the team composition?

Olympic city SEO set up a Basecamp profile so that all of us could message each other freely. They kept us in the loop on their weekly accomplishments and items they were working on.

The lines of communication were excellent. Whenever we had a question or concern they were on top of it right away.We were able to view the documents and files as they were in progress.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our website went live today. At this point our rankings are already coming up. We have had many hits locally and nationwide to our website in just a few hours. So we are very hopeful that we will be rocking and rolling very quickly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We are very thrilled with the communication and work ethic that has been shown to us. They always keep us in the loop on the stage they are working on. We can definitely tell that they are focusing on us and not putting us on the back burner.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Very professional. These guys are brilliant and they know their job. We are thrilled that we trusted them and put our business in their hands.

We have zero complaints. Very pleased.
