For Search Engine Optimization, we were provided with a clear roadmap of steps that would be made to our site so that it was optimized for optimal search engine traffic growth and improved keyword rankings. The initial in-depth research that was done was extensive: site health audit, benchmark report, competitor analysis and keyword research. 
When Digital leap. took over management of our Google AdWords and Bing Ad campaigns, we immediately saw our key metrics increase across the board including sales, conversions, and ad-spend cost-effectiveness. We are so impressed with Digital leap management of our SEO and PPC efforts, we requested that they assist us with managing our Social Media.

      Bring the product to the top of Amazon SERP for the most relevant and popular search           queries (high search volume and CR) to start getting organic orders 
      After the "launch" stage optimize and continue managing advertising campaigns to maintain high organic ranks and at the same time drive PPC traffic and sales efficiently (low ACOS) to start generating more margin.

product successfully launched and got top organic ranks for key search queries 
product became a bestseller in the category "Inflation devices" and holds the top position for months.
since the end of the launch stage, Digital Leap team successfully manages advertising campaigns, driving PPC sales with low advertising cost of sales (ACOS) (10% lower than break-even ACOS), increasing the margin of the product up to more than 25%.

All high-priority tasks were done on time. We have a task tracker of the project at ClickUp (clickup.com). Every manager on our side at any time could see what was already done, see the results of daily ad account checkups, and competitors' tracking. Every week we had either a Zoom conference or video review of the tasks made last week and the results of last week. 

On meetings, Digital Leap team presented weekly results. If we had to make some decisions, the agency team provided all data required for it and suggested 2 or 3 options for what we should do next. Digital Leap team advised a lot on PPC strategy and tactics. 

The specific case of our product is the "best seller" strategy. With the "Best Seller" badge we can set higher price with an insignificant decrease in conversion rate. That means we can generate more margin. We had to monitor lots of parameters and competitors and react at lightning speed in ad account to keep our "Best Seller" badge. The agency had experience with this strategy and not only implemented it but taught us and shared all details.
