We searched online for digital marketing agencies in Cluj, we choose 3 for meeting, but the communication with Digital Diggers was the best due to the professionalism, experience, and the new ideas for our project.

Compared to October, in November there were 32.84% more site visits, 27.97% more unique users and 12.90% more orders. Revenue was 23.13% higher than last month.

We had in-person one meeting per month to discuss about the results from last month and use email to communicate. The team has quickly responded to all of our inquiries and questions in the partnership.

Before we decided to outsource all marketing services, we looked for solutions and we were interested in all the providers of such services on the market. Following the analysis and recommendations received in this regard, we decided that they are the best solution for us. Which later turned out to be the best decision for us, which is why we have been collaborating since 2016 and until now.

The first services were Google PPC, later we decided to start Facebook PPC and then we added SEO services.

I am always in touch with Maria - Account manger, we also have a dedicated Google SEO Specialist and a Google PPC Specialist, as well as a Facebook Specialist for Facebook Campaigns.

Organic visits increased by almost 30%, new and unique visits from SEO campaings increased by about 40% in the past 12 months
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We analyze the performance reports together at least once a month and agree on the changes that need to be made. Their proposals have always had a big impact on the campaigns we run. Hence the fact that they are completely dedicated and oriented to the client's needs. We thank them in this way. Last but not least, the agency staff is extremely open and handles all the requests we have quickly.

First of all, they are dedicated to their clients, they are always in step with the market news in the field of digital marketing, they always bring improvements to the services they offer, they work with you as a client to achieve your goals. They always analyze and improve campaigns to bring as many positive results as possible.

Condra was established in 1992, entirely with Romanian capital. At that point, it had only 7 employees that eventually led to 50 in 1994, along with new production facilities. At the beginning, the investment has been made out of inherent resources.
It didn`t take long until our investment decisions turned out to be successful, which is reflected in the present status quo: own and modern production facilities where 150 employees are keen on achieving the same objective: creating affordable products under rigorous quality standards. After we had some meeting in order for them to understand the nature of our business, they proposed a way of aproaching our customers. We found a common ground of doing this marketing approach and we started working and having good result starting the following weeks.

I've worked pretty much with the CEO of the company, but also with the Head of PPC, Digital Marketing Manager. In adition to that, they made a lot of in house work and came back to me with their proposal.

We started to optimize our facebook and google accounts, alongside our NL Due to the fact that they have a very knowledgeable team, we got all our accounts up and running in no time. We are very happy with the decision we took.

Our online sales started growing and still are. The NL open and conversion rate has grown about 65% and is driving better results by the day PPC campaigns have a ROAS that has increased by about 40% in the past four months. Local campaigns got us a lot of new customers to our showroom.

The workflow is very fast, I get all the answers I need usually in a couple of hours.
