Are there any areas for improvement or something Digital On Demand could have done differently?

While we were generally pleased with Digital On Demand's services, there's always room for improvement. While their data reporting was comprehensive, it was sometimes too detailed and a bit complex to digest. 

A simplified version of the analytics report for quicker understanding, along with the detailed version, would help us make more efficient strategic decisions. Overall, these are relatively minor issues in the context of an otherwise successful collaboration, and we look forward to their services evolving in these aspects.

DraWarr is a completely new app. The focuswas to make it popular among the users and initiate downloads as well as educating the users via adds how they benefit from it. Creating overall marketing strategy 'from scratch' and applying it step by step in order to measure the success.

The ads and posts created by the team involved is continuously increasing the people to whom the posts are reaching which is logically leading to increase in the volume of downloads, active user

They responding timely manner and are treating us with care and leave the perception of personal involvement in the success of our goals. Always open to hear if we have some changes on-the-fly from our primary requests.

We'll leave them some room to surprise us. Of course there is always room for improvement, but so far we have never been disappointed.
