What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The results of the campaigns they’ve developed have been excellent, so we’re always able to meet our goals. We’ve also grown the number of visits to our website, as well as the prospects and reach of our campaigns.

How did Digital Consulting Group perform from a project management standpoint?

We’re able to work very closely with them despite the pandemic and the issues that it poses. We like their detailed monthly reports and we typically communicate through Zoom and WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re very impressed with their creativity and innovative approach to digital marketing and design.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve on their timing, but they’re still able to meet their deadlines so I can’t really complain.

We started working on this project in May 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

We needed to increase our conversion rate, and since we started working with DCG, we scaled up from six to 12 sales per day, so their work helped us duplicate our natural conversion numbers.

They invest in understanding the particularities and needs of our product.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're very professional; during our first conversations about the project, they surprised us with a market study and suggested a working plan, which ended up being followed for the most part. In addition to that, their flexibility to partner with us to monetize is great.

We are in constant improvement, and there are certain investments that we haven’t been able to face yet.

Sometimes we had some organization and communication setbacks, but some of that was also coming from our side.

They improved our website with the suggestions they made for these campaigns. We saw increases in our site traffic and our sales numbers.

They are very fast and they know how to work professionally under pressure. We often make decisions that impact their work and they adapt well to any changes. That’s very beneficial to us.

The improvements we could make depend on external factors that are in neither their nor our control.

Digital Consulting Group created and manages advertising campaigns on YouTube, Google, Facebook, and Instagram. The campaigns are based entirely on Google and Facebook’s network.

Our team has about 4­–5 people.

How did you come to work with Digital Consulting Group?

We attended a digital communications conference where their team gave a presentation. They were interested in meeting us. We realized that we had similar concepts on what digital communications should be and that they have advanced tools. In the end, we decided to work with them.

Since we’ve been working together for a long time and because exchange rates frequently change in the country, it should be more than 10 million Argentine pesos (approximately $180,000 USD).

Our collaboration with Digital Consulting Group started in 2017.

The results have been excellent. We used to manage campaigns ourselves, but since working with them, our investment has produced a lot more. Our ROI grew, and we reduced costs. I’m delighted with Digital Consulting Group and will continue working with them.
