I am the owner of a business that manufactures industrial and domestic cylinder lawnmowers.

For what projects/services did your company hire DIGIPIV, and what were your goals?

DIGIPIV assisted us in creating a new website which they are currently maintaining. Additionally, they helped us with creating new marketing materials. They have also assisted us with establishing a social media campaign and are currently coaching one of my employees in the implementation of said social media campaign.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

DIGIPIV was recommended to me by my management consultants and having seen the work they could carry out, I decided to grant them the opportunity.

We initially started with outlining the many requirements that needed to be included in the website. After the initial development phase, we had numerous meetings about design, format and overall look and after these factors were agreed on, they were implemented flawlessly. DIGIPIV had numerous suggestions for me to consider and I really appreciated the lengths they went to to ensure that the website is not only functional in its current state, but that we now also have options to implement additional features in the future.

We worked with an account manager and a social media consultant.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new website was extremely well received and once it went live we saw an instantaneous improvement in terms of site visits and time spent on the website. Having had no social media to speak of before DIGIPIV, we experienced an immediate positive reaction to our Facebook platform and with the current coaching and supervision by DIGIPIV we are still seeing the number of follows and shares increase on an almost daily basis.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We make use of video conferencing every second week for the coaching sessions and I meet with our account manager every 3 months via video call to go over the performance and project deliverables. I also take comfort in the fact that I can schedule a meeting with my account manager at any time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I find DIGIPIV's ability to cater to our individual and sometimes unconventional requirements extremely impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am extremely happy with the work that DIGIPIV has done for us thus far and at this moment in time, I cannot think of anything that could potentially improve on in the future.
