We have signed a Nondisclosure agreement, hence we cannot disclose the details of the project but my company works in modern age financial services hence we were looking for someone to build the web application and we hired Dezigndia for the same.

We were looking for someone from SAAS domain expertise for a web app that we were developing and we came across Dezigndia. They have experience in the niche and have a good portfolio. Hence we decided to go with them

We have signed an NDA, hence we cannot disclose the complete details of the project. Our aim was to build a financial SAAS for the B2B2C domain using the following technology as mentioned:

It basically consisted of a website, CMS, CRM & Admin Panel.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They helped us in designing the application from scratch and help us in deciding the product roadmap and release plans along with the development process, which in turn gave the application a proper direction.

Project development is done using the Agile method.

Even though things got delayed by a week but they delivered properly tested products.

They helped us in managing and deciding the feasible technology and also in the development process, which in turn gave the application a proper release plan.

They developed the project using Agile method. Management Tool - Jira, Bitbucket Communication tool - Skype, WhatsApp & Email They didn't miss the deadline, rather delivered before.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team consisted of young developers who had the enthusiasm to learn & put value in the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project went smoothly and we connected several times to discuss. Hence I find no such areas to improve.

They helped us in figuring out the feasible technology and also in the development process, which in turn gave the product a direction.

3 resources were involved and the project Lead was the SPOC and the rest of the development team came around after the development sprints planned. We went ahead with agile methodology as recommended by Dezigndia. We mostly used Skype & WhatsApp for communication.

The team is made up of youngsters who had the enthusiasm to put value and knowledge in current trends which helped the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I guess since the project went smoothly and we they met the deadline, there is nothing that we found that could be improved in terms of how they operate.

They helped in figuring the gaps in the process, which in turn gave the product a roadmap & proper release plan

There were 3 resources involved and the project Lead was the point of communication and the rest of the development team came around after the 2nd and 3rd meeting. We went ahead with agile methodology as recommended by Dezigndia. We mostly use meet and Gsuite for communication and since we were all so used to WhatsApp we created the group and communicated over there.

The team is made up of professional youngsters who had the knowledge in current trends which helped the project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I guess since the project went very smoothly and the client liked the work, there is nothing that we found that could be improved in terms of how they operate.

They helped improve the User Experience which in turn gave the product a direction and also improved the customer journey.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was great. They shared daily & weekly updates as they followed Agile method. They worked with Trello for task updates. They used Skype and Google Meet to communicate. They used Bit-bucket & GitHub to deliver the codes!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are great at Product Strategy and Design thinking. They really understood the requirements and the value of user experience which ultimately enhanced the quality of the product.

We wanted to develop a one stop solution for sales team to manager their client data and know their progress/sales reports.

My team searched online for various IT consulting companies. Then we selected a few and arranged discussion with all. After which, my team recommend dezigndia, as they were clear ans transparent from the start.

We needed a CRM and sales dashboard for sales team. Technology used was angular and node js. This is accessible via web and data is hosted on aws cloud.

One of the project managers were our spoc. We used to connect for review meetings and he used to answer all our queries and project status.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within a month the project was live and we were able to track sales details through it.

Easy and transparent communication. They had a clear understanding of our project and had a good overall progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The way their team used to communicate was most impressive as they never used to showcase themselves as superiors, instead they used be the once who have helped us in figuring out all possible ways to complete this project on time with best efficiency.
