Feedback from families has been overwhelmingly positive, with more than 120 thank-you messages expressing how much more connected and reassured they feel. One standout example is a daughter living overseas who said daily photos of her mother in music therapy gave her a sense of peace she hadn’t felt in years. The system also completed a major data migration with zero downtime, ensuring our clinical operations were never disrupted.
