We needed designs, workflows, and mockups before we could start developing our product. We worked through our problem and the direction for the product and MVP throughout the discovery phase that followed our contract with them. We then added their UX designer to the team and collaborated on the wireframe design process with them and the CEO. We kept coming up with ideas and adjusting flows as necessary based on those wireframes. 

We managed to turn everything into high-fidelity mockups without going through usability tests. We've already completed the design process, but development hasn't begun yet. Using Google Suite and Figma, we have worked together. Both a web and a mobile application will use the mockups.

Since our project is a very technical, industry-specific project, the series of discovery meetings was longer than usual. This certainly wasn't a problem as Devoq needed to understand the details before continuing. Once these meetings were complete, Devoq provided many iterations of the product, each one better than the previous!

Lastly, they provided us "working" components of the product; actual HTML/CSS components, not just a set of images of how it should look. This allowed us to accelerate the progress of the project exponentially!

This project is currently still in development. As mentioned before, the working components provided have been essential to our development process.

Before we could develop our product, we needed mockups, designs, and workflows. After contracting them, we started with a discovery phase where we worked through our problem and direction for the product and MVP. From there, we introduced their UX designer onto the team, working with them and the CEO on the wireframe design process. Based on those wireframes, we continued to ideate and tweak flows as needed. 

We weren’t through usability tests and were able to convert everything into high-fidelity mockups. At this point, we’ve moved through the design phase but haven’t started with development yet. We’ve collaborated through Figma and Google Suite tools. The mockups will be applied to both a web and mobile application.
