Designcapital provided us with a framework at the start of the project that gave us an idea of their usual workflow, which we followed, completely customizing it to meet our needs. They designed, developed, and worked on data visualization for the redesign of one of our products, which was the initial scope of the work; however, they ultimately guided us through the entire process of creating a new product that is now one of our key selling points, and they produced a vision, promotional video, and landing page for the new solution.

The prototype has received very positive internal feedback, the product designs are still being integrated.  Regarding the new product, the internal team and customers have responded very well to their deliverables thus far.

Since then, we have constructed and released our mobile app and are currently rebuilding our desktop experience.  Designcaital's work on our IA was critical in refocusing our app and leaving room for future modules and features to be built.
