Project: Conversion Rate Optimization

Project Scope: Identify areas where we can improve our website for better conversions, as we were aiming to start a PPC marketing campaign to acquire more clients for development.

Requested Services included a thorough website audit, user-interface design, user-flow to reduce the friction of our leads converting successfully on our website, and user interviews of people who fit our customer profile.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Design in America is great at merging their team with ours and delivering what they promise. We sought their support with helping us figure out where we were lacking in conversions. Their design team delivered heatmaps, insights, and an actual report with user-interviews of people who fit our target audience. Their proposed design increased our conversions significantly.

They handled my project on a project management tool called Asana. It was very easy to track the progress as they organized the kanban board, and communicated with me through the same software so it was all in one place.
