Our timeline was approximately 2 weeks and the demoflick team delivered in 1, way ahead of schedule. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. The team was organized, had a clearly defined process for completion, and provided an impressive and high quality video that our CEO is still raving about over a month later. Highly recommend to any and all who need video production for presentations!

When I was hired we were in the midst of this project, so I can't speak to the full process. I came on during the storyboarding phase, where we quickly reviewed before moving onto animation and having the VO recorded.

We worked with Erik, who in turn communicated with editors. We worked in the platform Wipster, which was very user-friendly.

Our internal team (who do the daily work of writing content for these tests) felt that the video did a nice job of capturing the process.

Our team is fully remote, and since I came on later in the process I mainly communicated with the team over email. We have a very small staff, so we worked with Demoflick over a longer period of time to review the animation draft with multiple internal stakeholders.

Demoflick was kind enough to grant us this extension as we went through a few review rounds of the animation before finalizing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were eager to offer suggestions and thought-starters using information we provided that were based in video best practices.

In retrospect, I believe it would have been helpful to set up more virtual meetings further in the process to regroup on edits over a video call.

Clinical Trial Transparency is often a difficult matter to discuss via email. Our goal with Demoflick was to create a series of videos explaining the key features of our software to help potential clients better understand our capabilities.

We selected Demoflick because a colleague of ours had a relationship with them from previous projects, and had a great experience.

We had regularly scheduled meetings with the Demoflick team to help them understand the message TrialAssure wanted to convey in each video. We provided a high level outline of the message to the Demoflick team, and they seamlessly turned that into digital content.

We worked primarily with Joseph from Demoflick, but were also in communication with Albert throughout the project. The feedback process was amazing. Joseph took the time and consideration to really understand our services and our target demographic -- and the videos reflected that.

Since the completion of the project, TrialAssure started a YouTube page where the videos can be viewed. It is so easy to send potential clients a link to watch the videos, and we have gotten great feedback from potential clients about the video content.

Communication is simple and straightforward. We initially set the scope of what we were looking to achieve, how many videos we wanted in the series, set a timeline of when each video would be completed, and never strayed from that timeline.

What's impressive was how easy it was to communicate with them. Albert and Joseph were quick to respond to our questions and comments, and there were no delays or change orders.

Nothing done differently would have made the process better. No one is perfect, but this was close.

Our software can be difficult to explain to a general audience—and at times, to new prospects—so we wanted a crisp, concise 3-minute explainer video that we could send to anyone as an introduction to who we are, what we do, and why our product is so valuable.

Right off the bat, the team at Demo Flick was responsible, personable, and seemed very knowledgeable from the first phone call. This was our first foray into video production and I appreciated that they took the time to thoroughly answer my questions and give my team good advice on a path forward. We also appreciated the low cost and felt it was a good value.

We started with a discovery meeting. After we worked the video project into our annual budget, we reached back out and scheduled a call between Demo Flick and the marketing team to go through the process and what was included in our package. Next, Kharma, our project manager reached out to us to kick off the project.

We moved forward without a kickoff call but the option was offered. Kharma took us through the process step by step and although we requested to go back and edit some things along the way, Demo Flick was open to our edits and fairly flexible—from script to selection of the narrator to a preview of the animation and finally a preview of the video. The final deliverable was a 90-second animated brand video and we were happy with it.

We used our promo video to present our new product as part of an app accelerator program. We also use the video on the marketplace as a quick way to explain what the product is and how it will help our target market.

Our video was delivered on time, which is amazing considering we had to rename our product mid-project with a tight deadline. I'm very thankful for the DemoFlick team, had been so responsive and understanding!

DemoFlick made the process so easy for me. I am used to creating all of our videos from scratch in Camtasia. From the script and screen recording, to the voiceover and production. DemoFlick made the whole process so easy for us. They took the time to understand our product and what we were looking for from the video, led the whole project and all I had to do was provide feedback. Couldn't ask for more as a marketing manager who used to have to step into the role of videographer!

I provided a narrator script, they returned with a storyboard sketch, I made some changes to it, the illustrated all the scenes, then upon approval began the animation process.

I worked with Kharma Jones. She would email me updates and I'd email back with my thoughts. Once the animation was ready for review, they hosted it on a platform that allows me to easily make targeted feedback at various times throughout.

On youtube the average percentage viewed statistic is quite good at nearly 69%, so most of the folks who start watching it, watch to the end.
