Introduce your business and what you do there.
We produce meat products — such as sausages, meatballs, pork chops, and the like — from local farms, and I’m the founder and CEO of the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Deltologic?
We needed to automate our production process, so we hired Deltologic.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Deltologic digitalized our ordering and production processes. First, they visited our factory to examine our operations. At this point, we also exchanged ideas to define what key points we wanted to automate and how.
The second stage involved designing and creating sketches of a proposed system. After we approved their designs, the Deltologic team went ahead and developed the automation tool. Some of the core technologies used were Node.js and JavaScript.
What is the team composition?
I’ve mostly been in contact with the project manager.
How did you come to work with Deltologic?
A friend of mine, who also has a company of his own, worked with Deltologic in the past. When we were talking about creating software solutions, he recommended the team to me.
How much have you invested with them?
Our initial investment for the core system is $110,000. The additional functionalities, which we are now working on, will cost another $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our partnership began in September 2021 and is still ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The core software has been delivered and is now being actively used by our employees and customers. Deltologic has helped us achieve our goal of eliminating mistakes within our production flow and improving the communication between the different departments and camps inside the factory. Though we are still in the process of adding more functionality to the software, I can say for sure that our expectations have been met.
How did Deltologic perform from a project management standpoint?
Deltologic has been excellent when it comes to meeting deadlines and staying within budget. We communicate via email, Google Meet, and our regular meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
