We hired Dartmatics December of 2021 to help us develop an entire brand ecosystem for a startup we invested in. They lead the charge on web design and development as well as the creation of a number of marketing assets like videos, one-sheets, pitch decks and social media content. Over the course of the last 15 months Dartmatics has been essential to the creation of the entire brand and ongoing design needs.

On time delivery of a beautiful website that has captured the attention of our desired customer. A pitch deck that has helped us raise additional funding and social media content that has helped us grow by 30%.

My company has been working with Dartmatics for nearly 2 years. We have consistently been blown away by their output. We often hire 3rd party firms to help with client web design and development. Dartmatics has been a God send! They deliver excellence, on time every time. For us, time is money and we've experienced firms who spend so much time in ideation and revisions that cost us time we can't afford to lose. They ask the right questions upfront to get it right the first time.

We are most impressed with their servant mindset and high quality output. The culture of their company is heavily based around providing excellent customer service and communication. Typically with agencies that are this talented you get a bit of arrogance and a "God complex" of sorts from the leadership. They are the opposite. Very refreshing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dartmatics Limited could have done differently?

Honestly, I'm not sure where they can improve. Our experience with them has been A+. If someone put a gun to my head and made me offer constructive feedback it would be to train a few more team mates to be as good as Louis, one of the principles over there. If they could duplicate him they would probably 10x their revenue. In any case, I highly recommend their services to anyone who desires high quality, on time work with heart.
