Subsequently, they presented a business proposal for the blockchain construction and programming work. The team is currently organizing the services and solution builds.

Dappfort delivered a complete turn key web3 solution from concepts developed internally. The solution involved detailed solidity code development, a comprehensive web3 interface, and integration of customer "KYC" backend and management platform.

The code passed its third-party audit without any significant findings. The project was completed on time and within budget, and additional funds were left over for some minor additions.

Project management was very responsive and communicative. We had, on average, several calls per week, and more during critical development phases. Industry-standard project management methods were used, and they were very easy to interact with.

The project involved intensive API research with Google, LinkedIn and Meta products as the platform is a genuine innovation with no current competitors. As such, Dappfort had only our prototype and our desired features in order to scope out an agile project with MoSCoW priorities. The project included APIs, back-end and front-end UX development and UAT. We had three environments - dev, uat and production. We also required integration with Zendesk, AWS and Stripe and everything was delivered.

Successful delivery of the MVP, including integrations into production.

The communication was exceptional. I had a BA and Project Manager allocated to us and a team of 14 made-up of developers, UX'ers and testers and we would have weekly stand-ups and scrums. A lot of comms was in Jira, Confluence and Basecamp. Such a driven and dedicated team.

The passion in the project. They are a very humble, capable, and trustworthy team, and our relationship with them is beyond anything I have ever encountered in my 30-year career working on projects.

The very nature of an agile project like ours, means we are all learning and adapting together - as long as we are taking learnings and evolving we are always winning and I genuinely have no notes in doing things differently. I was a little cautious outsourcing dev, despite the strong recommendation but I am now a massive supporter of Dapfort.

The project entailed progressing the development of a custom inventory management system from MVP stage to production stage. The product was required to operate on web and natively on Android only. Key deliverables included:

• The ability for the application to work offline and queue transactions for sync.
• The ability for an admin to create and set custom roles and permissions for users.
• SAML interface with Google for session authentication and log in.
• Intuitive interface with two language options.
• The ability to export data based on permission levels.

We now have a branded product that is in production and being used in a pilot phase with historic data migrated. The envisaged project has become a reality.

Dappfort are extremely professional and dedicated. Their processes and client engagement has been exemplary. I was the main point of contact from my organisation and worked with the team, communicating with them on a daily basis. They have always been supportive, efficient and diligent.

Also, they have been incredibly agile, recognising the fact that our project had a large number of unknowns from the outset and have addressed these as we have progressed through the process. I am extremely impressed with the team and what we received from them overall

Their communication, the amount of resources they were able to put onto issues, their 'can do' attitude to almost all issues which arose, their ability to call in more senior and highly experienced consultants to navigate through difficult terrain. Their client engagement is second to none - we visited them in India on site and were extremely impressed by their operation.

We had a couple of minor hiccups with testing and bugs, but these were resolved satisfactorily.
