We needed help with our Shopify store's overall optimization.

What was the scope of their involvement?

CueForGood has been updating our site, including our homepage, menu bar, and all collections page. The team has also been designing our material, sustainability, and team pages. CueForGood has redesigned our mega menu to improve its structure, usability, and overall UX. The team has also implemented updates and improvements to the collection page filters.Moreover, CueForGood has designed our POS email to match the order confirmation email, ensuring consistent branding, layout, and overall UX. The team has implemented minor design updates across the site, including improvements to the media page for better visual alignment and presentation.In addition, CueForGood has been working on our site's speed improvements. The team has made our shop all page AJAX-based to optimize the page speed.

We started working with them in March 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen positive outcomes, especially in the redesigning and rebranding of certain Shopify pages and the assistance with the email automation flows. CueForGood has assisted us with adding new flows to our email automation platform. One specific flow is for browse abandonment. We implemented this flow in October 2025, and we earned $1,490 in revenue.Moreover, our user engagement has increased significantly after the redesign and rebranding of our pages.

How did CueForGood perform from a project management standpoint?

CueForGood's project management is great. They deliver on time and have a quick response time despite some challenges they may have faced during the India-Pakistan war. We communicate through virtual meetings.

Some of their deliverables include a detailed CRO audit based on user data analysis. They also provide ongoing Shopify-based site improvements in features, performance, and ongoing monthly management, which includes the following:· Enhanced the subscription setup by implementing three-box every-three-month subscriptions, preorder-on-subscription, and custom widget pricing updates.· Developed a personalized supplement quiz that recommends products based on user selections.· Built a dedicated research hub showcasing scientific papers on product ingredients.· Added a dynamic “You May Also Like” section with conditional product matching logic to increase sales. Moreover, they optimize and manage our Google Shopping Ads. Since we started Google Shopping for us, the ROAS has improved from 2x to 4x (late 2024) to consistently 7x to 14x in 2025. The conversion rate has more than tripled, improving from 4%–7% to 16%–19%. Finally, they have driven higher-quality traffic through feed optimization, product segmentation, and bid efficiency.

They have also conducted a comprehensive SEO audit covering site architecture, keyword targeting, and content optimization, resulting in a massive increase in visibility and clicks from non-branded search queries. Revenue has grown by 274% from 2024 (when we were not working with them) to 2025 (we started working with them in Feb 2025).

We’ve had more revenue, a 274% growth from 2024 to 2025. We’ve also had massive improvements in conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and website traffic.

Communication with Cueblocks was excellent from the start. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio was also fair.

We were an established brand in the market before we decided to take it online. We wanted our rebranding to be strong, very classy, and sophisticated. Since we didn't have an online presence, we reached out to CueBlocks to build our website.

We’ve given them a short brief on what we wanted our brand to look like based on our journey of 25 years. After that, they’ve provided us with options before proceeding to rebrand and build our website from scratch. The team has also helped us with content creation. We’ve been able to launch our website two weeks ago, but we continue to reach out to them if we need to clarify anything related to the website.

I’ve been able to interact personally with all of their staff because I was stationed at their office for over a month to understand how e-commerce works.

We wanted to work with a company that could produce good aesthetics and uses good and attractive colors. When we saw CueBlocks’ work online, we decided to give them a call. In the end, they offered to help us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve gotten positive feedback about our brand. In terms of metrics, it's too soon to say anything, but we haven't gotten any recommendations on improving things on our side. Overall, we’re happy with CueBlocks' work.

How did CueBlocks perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management perspective, they’ve been great. They’re responsive and are flexible when it comes to changing requirements to fulfill what we want. If I have to rate their flexibility, I’ll give them a perfect score. We use Basecamp as a project management tool, and every activity of the project has been monitored there. Most of our communication is through WhatsApp and Basecamp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very accommodating and welcoming; I’ve personally been to their office for around 35 days. Above all, I’m completely impressed with their style and body of work.

There is nothing serious that I’d take into consideration as an area of improvement.

We were highly satisfied with them. We delayed the project from our end due to some unforseen circumstances however Cueblocks team was hughly co operative and assisted us at all times though we delayed.
