Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We had to completely rebrand the visual part of our school: logo, fonts, and colors. We’ve just entered the Asian market and created new courses, targeting new target audiences. CTRL/ART/D quickly understood our needs. The strategy session happened right after we signed the documents. After the first call, they went looking for ideas for implementation. One week later, they sketched 5 different design concepts and presented them to us, as well as the core elements of strategy; slogan drafts, brand positioning, and tone of voice. 

We chose one concept and the design team went on to develop the entire brandbook. We met several more times to discuss the logo — it was a key task for us to develop a memorable and effective logo. About three weeks later, we received a ready-made strategy and brand book. It was full of comprehensible information and guidelines describing how to use the new design. They even suggested a creative idea for the first marketing campaign after the rebranding! Throughout the collaboration, they constantly updated us on all the processes. Their client service was immaculate and team members are VERY professional.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received a complete guide to the new design for our school in a little over a month. Since then, we constantly receive compliments on the school's new look. We had a lot of new students who came thanks to the target creatives proposed by CTRL/ART/D. The strategy helps us to build communication and analyze what works best for us. Overall, rebranding brought us growth in every aspect. The next time we need to refresh our designs or vision, we’re definitely turning to CTRL/ART/D. I am now suggesting the studio to all of my friends.

The CTRL/ART/D command is constantly in touch in work chats. They have an account manager who fully manages operational tasks. Tasks that were specific to a particular specialist were also solved in working chats where these specialists were present. They held all strategic sessions on time and were as prepared as possible for all answers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We loved how they treated us and ensured we were happy throughout the development process of the new design. What impressed us most was how they cared about the follow-through of the entire strategy and brandbook. We still keep in touch!

Our project involved several stages, including analyzing our communication channels, competitors, and niche, as well as developing a communication strategy for both external and internal communication, taking into account rebranding. Thanks to the well-designed communication strategy, implementation was straightforward. After only two months of working with the new PR strategy, we were able to effectively communicate our new values and visual style to both new and old clients.

Our efforts to engage new communication channels also made it easier to sell our services, leading to faster conversion rates. Overall, our main goal of increasing brand awareness and expanding our reach was successfully achieved. We highly recommend CTRL/ART/D for their expertise in developing effective communication strategies.

Honestly, it felt like we clicked from the beginning. They made sure to take into account all our needs and wishes, and we felt heard. They met all the deadlines, and if a task needed more time, they always gave us a heads up in advance. They always responded positively to all our needs. We asked them to present a PR strategy first to our top management, and then to the entire team, and they did not refuse. So it was very comfortable to work with them.

We liked the way they treated us and made sure we were happy throughout the strategy development process, but we also liked the way they cared about how we implemented the strategy afterwards. And whether we were clear on how to communicate with our market at every stage.

We knew that organizing a corporate event in any metaverse is not an easy task. Because different metaverses have their own technical capabilities, and our main task was to ensure that more than 50 people could attend the event at the same time. The first thing we started with was choosing the main goals, determining the appropriate platform, the scale of the event, setting a budget, and writing a rough plan for the event.

What we really liked was CTRL ART D's ability to quickly understand our goals and offer us exactly what we wanted. We chose Spatial for the event. After that, the CTRL ART D team came to us with a design concept, a precise budget, and a concrete plan. After agreeing on the location, plan and design. The next stage was the design, setup of audio and video equipment and testing of the almost finished space.

After testing, when we realized that everything worked well and that visually it looked the way we wanted with our corporate style and identity, we started preparing our employees for the event. The CTRL ART D team also helped us with this. They provided us with a step-by-step guide for registration and installation. They also held a video conference with our employees to explain how to use the software and how to join the meeting.

We successfully held a corporate event, it was an interesting experience for the whole team. And the CTRL ART D agency provided us with an employee who helped us with all technical issues throughout the corporate event. All the work brought us pleasure and understanding that they are professionals in their field.

We were most impressed by their professional approach to the issue and how they navigate all the innovative components of metaverses. Most importantly, they customized the event for us individually. They even use the UX design to make it convenient and clear for users to be at the virtual event.
