I work as a marketing specialist for a paint by numbers shop.

What challenge were you trying to address with Crowdo?
We were looking to grow the business, and we needed more leads. We also needed someone to help optimize the website.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Crowdo started out with an audit where they analyzed the website and they came up with a solution for us that focused on off-page SEO and using backlinks.
We worked together on coming up with keywords. They provided keywords for us based on the audit, and we gave them some as well.
What is the team composition?
We primarily worked with Igor (Sales Team Lead). We also worked with a few other people from their support team.
How did you come to work with Crowdo?
We originally saw them recommended on a forum, and then saw a few Google Ads for their company.

We invested about $2,000 with Crowdo.

We worked with Crowdo between March 2021–January 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We saw a sixfold increase in our traffic within a span of 4–5 months. Overall, it seemed to work because we were getting more traffic and leads.
How did Crowdo perform from a project management standpoint?
They communicated very clearly, and their project management was one of the best parts about working with them. There were pieces about the project that we weren’t sure about, and they were very communicative and answered any questions that we had.
We mostly communicated through email, and they sent us progress reports periodically.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The quality was remarkable for the price. We tried several other options later on and did not see the same quality or results that we had from Crowdo. Their value is very good for the price.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They fell behind on a deadline once, so we would say they could probably improve their speed of completing projects.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Speak to whoever is in charge of client communication. They were very good about communicating with us, especially considering that we didn’t understand everything pertaining to SEO. Make sure that you’re communicating with them constantly so that you understand the process.
