I required to create a new website for my business that would list all the services offered, present a fresher brand image and incorporate an instant service booking system similar to an appointment scheduling feature. This would increase customer engagement and create greater synergy.

I also wanted SEO services for the website and my brand to help expand the brand’s digital footprint and generate more leads from the newly developed website.

To extend functionality, platform developers envisioned a mobile app for seamless accessibility and enhanced user convenience for on-the-go maritime professionals. The Key deliverables were:

Developing the web application along with optimizing the application through injecting keyword-based and seo optimized content, fine tuning the existing content, revamping of the design elements of the websites, creating additional service pages with a value-driven content with high intent keywords, repairing broken links, optimization for local seo and improving the SERP ranking of the business. The service requirement also included the off page seo optimization services which included guest posting, back linking, google business profile optimization, directory listings etc. The core scope requirement was to create high levels of brand authority through new web app outlook and services presentation, seo efforts, increase the organic traffic on the website that would ultimately lead to increase in business reputation, ranking and revenue generation.

We use Crossway for our social media marketing campaigns. They’ve also developed our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Crossway has designed and developed our website from scratch. The team uses plenty of tools to help the site load quickly. 

They’re also managing our social media accounts. Their members post on multiple social media platforms. If a comment is addressed directly to us, their resources relay the information to us. However, if the comment is related to them or their line of work, they respond to it by themselves.   

In terms of SEO, they communicate directly with our CEO. They usually have consultations with him. From there, they go ahead with their SEO and keyword research tasks. On top of that, they write content for our website. 

What is the team composition?

Multiple people work with our team on this engagement. My main point of contact is Habib (Digital Marketing Specialist), who’s in charge of the Crossway team.

We were searching for options when we tried to advertise our business on the web. A dear friend of our company CEO told us about Crossway. Our team had a meeting with them, and our boss liked them. From there, we onboarded Crossway.

The engagement started in November 2021, and it’s ongoing.

We’ve seen a tremendous increase in our business engagements. We’re more than happy with the services that Crossway provides. They take care of everything while we sit back and watch our business grow with them. 

How did Crossway Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

Crossway is always reachable any time we want, so communication isn’t a problem. Similarly, we have no problems meeting deadlines with them. We mainly use Skype to communicate, but we also use all other methods of communication.

The Crossway team is awesome. They do a great job for us; if somebody asks me, I’d definitely recommend them.

In order to provide customers with individualized support, the solution sought to link them with our qualified real estate agents. Make sure the design is user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing to accommodate users with varying levels of technical expertise. Offer a verified agent database along with ratings and reviews from users.

The application needed to include every feature and flow that was originally decided upon during the final scope, including the realtor module, purchasing and selling choices, and user interface.

They tested the applications first, then finished and delivered them. Because the entire assignment was broken down into milestones, there was no problem with late delivery because the timescales for each step were pre-agreed.
