We received great feedback and love the updates design and the website gives a much better understanding of who we are as a company and the services we deliver.

Our main point of contact was the Creative Director, and we frequently communicated via email and video call. We were also given access to an online portal to track the project's progress.

They are very accommodating to any changes wanted throughout the whole process. We have continued to use them for further redevelopment changes and to add new pages to our website.

Building a great website takes time and our original project timeline was extended, but it was all worth it in the end.

Creative Brand Design was hired to design and develop a website for AyFish.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We researched web design companies both domestically in Turkey and internationally. Creative Brand Design had a unique and diverse portfolio that we analysed before contacting them. After getting in touch, their prompt replies, professionalism, organised schedule of the project and a detailed agreement document helped us choose this vendor.

We have arranged a couple of video meetings from the vendor's team to discuss our expectations and what we want from the website. We have discussed some design ideas and tested the basic look/structure via Invision. CBD were very patient and responsive while we were deciding exactly how we want the website to look. Throughout the project we have made lots of small changes until we were satisfied with the outcome. CBD's brilliant team made this process easier by understanding our needs and providing something even better than we wanted. Through trial and error, with many minor changes over the development process - the end result turned out fantastic and CBD were always very responsive to our feedback.

We worked mainly with our project manager. In the beginning we discussed the contract and payment with a different person. The design discussion also took place with another employee. The rest was handled by our project manager.

In the end we were very pleased with the result. It reflected the basic, modern and high quality image that we wanted to reflect. We have received many compliments from various stakeholders.

They were always responsive and ready to answer all our questions. We arranged video calls whenever we needed to discuss something in more detail. We never experienced any problems. Once the price was decided for the project, it was never discussed again despite us extending the project time and asking for many reiterations. CBD did everything possible to ensure the website turned out how we wanted in the end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were outstanding at putting the effort and attention into what we really want and coming up with creative ideas. Even though we weren't clear about what we wanted and explained it very broadly, they understood the company and provided the perfect website for us. They sent us a questionnaire that was targeted to understand the company, our competitors and the market.

I can't think of anything.
