I am working within the Marketing Strategy team, and we developed a new SKU portfolio analytics tool.

For what projects/services did your company hire Creative Triplet, and what were your goals?

The video aims to increase awareness across the EMEA region to ensure that all relevant employees embrace our tool. The tool is relevant for everyone who wants quick information about the products in our portfolio with the ability to slice and dice across multiple dimensions.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for video production companies using Upwork platform. After reviewing four proposals, we chose this vendor based on the high quality of the previous work and the previous successful collaboration with the company.

The phases of the project were the following:

1. Script
2. Theme
3. Illustrations
4. Voice-over
5. Animation

We scheduled regular meetings and we exchanged e-mails on a weekly basis to track the progress of the project.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We had a close collaboration with the project manager, who outlined the project and kept us on schedule. After each phase was completed, we gave him feedback, and he communicated it to the production team. They shared their work through e-mails, and we also scheduled calls to share our input directly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We shared the new video via e-mail with the our employees, and as a result, we had many people who signed up for the training sessions we offer for the tool we developed. We also received very positive feedback regarding the video animation and the professional look-and-feel.

The project manager was easy to communicate with and accessible and provided frequent updates. We mostly spoke over Teams calls and e-mails since their team was remote.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They took the time to learn about our product, and they happily implemented all changes we suggested. They were very committed, and they managed to capture our vision in the final version of the video.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We wish we could have more frequent calls so that we could explain to them our TEPHA tool and our vision in detail. And also we wish they could come up with slightly more creative ideas. But, overall, they did a great job, and we were more than happy with the final video.

I first selected Creative Triplet after looking through their work samples and seeing the quality of their work. After hiring them for one video and being impressed by how it came out, I have continued to hire them for video after video, and now we've been working together for years!

I have worked with Creative Triplet on dozens of videos now. The process for all of them works as such: I send them audio narration plus a detailed description of what I want animated. They send me a storyboard, and we go back and forth with notes until it gets to where I want it, then they send me drafts of the animation and we go back and forth with notes until its completed.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

They have been very flexible in terms of receiving my feedback at all points in production and making the needed changes. For some videos it may take a while to get it right, for others it is very quick, but we always get there.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our videos with creative triplet have combined received millions of views. We are extremely pleased by the performance.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager on their team who coordinates with me has been fantastic, receptive to messages at most hours, and constantly seeking feedback and keeping me updated.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Creative Triplet has been fantastic in every way. The output's quality is extremely high, affordable, and experiments them with new styles.

We found them through a freelancer service company. We interviewed many but ultimately decided to go with Creative Triplet as they had an impressive portfolio.

Went through 4 stages with 4 milestones.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

Worked with Sohail and his team. The process was excellent as they worked via the platform of my choice. They took several feedback from via detailed PDF notes that I provided to his team.

The team loved the video.

Took a year because I was slow to provide my feedback. It was a critical video so we took our time doing a good job with it. In the end, the team did a great job and the company was impressed.

We were impressed with their willingness to take feedback and work on a top-notch solution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked to get on Zoom sessions to describe all my changes but can understand there could be miscommunication there. Providing detailed notes helped more as it forces you to think through what exactly your vision is.

We've worked with Creative Triplet in the past. Their work is top notch and they work quickly.

We write a script, then produce a visual storyboard. Once that is approved, the storyboard visuals and audio narration are handed over to Creative Triplet to produce the animation and motion-graphics.

We work directly with Creative Triplet's project manager. He does a great job collecting our direction and feedback and facilitating the work.

I am an executive producer at a production company specialising in commercial and narrative film.

Our client came to us with the challenge of presenting their financial performance throughout the covid 19 pandemic to their investors. Our client decided an animation would be best utilised to assist in telling a compelling narrative.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We decided to put the work out to vendor to a number of freelancers and companies. It was Creative Triplet that presented the most comprehensive program moving forward. So in short they won the tender.

Our company presented storyboards that Creative Triplet would animate. Sohail - our project manager - took the initiative to create two versions of what we asked. He created what we asked for and more creative and engaging draft that was amazing. From that point on I knew to rely and trust on Sohail's creative guidance. We then came back and forth with iterations and changes to the animations. Creative Triplet worked around the clock to bring home a significant body of work.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked mostly with Sohail - our project manager. However I did also work with Syed a customer liaison.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our deadlines were very tight given we were animating while receive information from the client. We managed to get a successful outcome and that the client was extremely satisfied with.

Initially we had several meetings on how to approach the project. This is important because with this kind of project - with investors as the target audience there mustn't be any mistakes. After these meetings I presented a test story board which they created. And finally we had a couple rounds of iterations and amendments until the clients was happy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found the speed that they could turn work around was great and furthermore they took initiative to imply their creative input which helped the end result.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Working with them was fine and I cannot recall points that need improvement,
