I hired Creative Triplet to create a series of motion graphic videos for my chirorpactic practice for the intent of utilizing them on my website and for social media marketing. They created 5 motion graphic videos for me. They completed this work on time and exceeded my expectation.

My measurable outcomes were creating the motion graphics to the description I provided and completing the project on the time table that was agreed upon. They excelled in both areas.

Creative Triplet excelled at customer communication and service. We spoke routinely throughout this project to make sure all my design objectives were being met. They always responded within 24 hours, often within only minutes or hours of me contacting them. Yes, all jobs were completed on time.

I am the lead designer. We work with innovators and leaders to build a better digital society. We started as a digital marketing agency and social media, websites and email strategy are the cornerstone of our business. After looking through multiple portfolios from many agencies, we found that Creative Triplet had the best quality of work. The added bonus was that the prices were very comparable to the other vendors offering these services.

I first met with Syed to go over all of the project details. He then put me in contact with Sohail who was our project Manager. Sohail went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of the whole way. I presented Sohail with the audio we recorded and he and his team developed very detail storyboards for us to review. After approving the storyboards, Sohail and his team got to animating and got our products out to us quickly.

The feedback process was quick, easy and painless. I provided timestamped feedback and Creative Triplet made sure to get those changes completed quickly. There was never any miscommunication.

The project manager was very easy to communicate. Most of the conversation was through email but had no problem jumping on a call for more urgent items. The communication was very quick and concise.

I found that the quality of work and attention to detail was amazing. We had a tight deadline and they made sure to do everything in their power to hit that deadline.

Everything was seamless on our end. If I were to change anything, I would have loved to work more in person but remote work was just as good.

We needed a high quality animated advertisement for a social impact project. Our goals were to increase awareness through an artistic and cleanly executed video that had viral potential.

We started with a discovery meeting, and they submitted good initial style frames. We revised those until we were proud to show them to business collaborators. When we finalized the style frames they came up with a complete and well-executed storyboard, which we reviewed several times. Once we approved the storyboard they produced a great animation using our voice-over.

Every feedback we receive is positive so far. The overall video is what we expected, if not better. It required more work (and more seconds, which is great for us) than discussed, and seems even better than the previous work from Creative Triplet that we used as inspiration.

We mostly communicated through email. When we had to talk it was very easy, no matter the timezone difference (we're either in European Central Time or East Coast Time). Very clear and enjoyable discussions, on quite a short notice.

I think they should expand!

We hired Creative Triplet to make an animated video with the purpose of using it for promotional ads on YouTube. Our goals were to have an attention grabbing first 5 seconds and then to highlight our software interface and how to use our platform.

We searched through multiple agencies and then saw Creative Triplet. We decided to go with them after seeing examples of their previous work for similar videos they have made in the past. The quality was outstanding and was also in line with what we were needing

We started by outlining our idea for the video and some of the "must have" information in our ad. Since we are a text-to-speech program we used our own software for the voice-over in the video so we sent the audio file to the project manager, and he built the video around the audio.

He told us the timeline of steps and sent us drafts for reviews at the end of each stage. If we had any suggestions of minor feedback he would quickly edit the draft and send back the new copy. The basic outline was from a story board - to a fully animated video.

We worked with the project manager, who send us drafts for feedback after every milestone. All and any feedback we had after each draft was accommodated for and we never needed more than 1 review.

We have yet to launch the YouTube ad but we are very confident that it will drive sale to our company and promote our specific commercial intend product.

He was very easy to communicate with. He was timely and attentive to all messages and we had quite the time difference in-between our business and Creative Triplet but it was never an issue. We would message one another, and have occasional calls if needed.

The way they animate our software interface in the video looks amazing and 3-D like, giving an extremely professional vibe to the ad.

The production process with Creative Triplet starts with a theme that shows us what the video will look and feel like. Once that step is complete, we receive a storyboard that shows each scene of the video exactly as it will appear in the final version. This step allows us to plan out the designs and make sure the video will meet the company's needs and branding. After the storyboard phase, Creative Triplet combines the designs with high quality animation, sound effects, music, and voiceover, to produce a finished product that is ready to distribute for successful marketing strategies.

Starting with a brief from me, my project manager went through the stages of storyboarding, then feedback and edits, approval of story board, then we moved on to production of the animation. Our Project manager (Sohail) was brilliant (and continues to be). His communication is excellent, giving updates on when we expect to see progress as well as keeping me on my toes to make sure I supply what is required, so Creative Triplet can do their amazing work.

3 of the projects we developed with Creative Triplet were National projects and reached thousands of viewers via Youtube and social media. One project also ran on television and in Cinemas across the country.

Ease of communication via email and video calls, regular updates so I don't worry how things are going, takes feedback and understands what is required and delivers!

Our animation series was somewhat complicated since it was more than 35 minutes of 2D animation which contained a multitude of technical details that Creative Triplet had to execute. Our goal was to fully satisfy the client's objects and exceed expectations of meeting their technical and artistic expectations.

After reviewing 25 proposals and testing the final three candidates with a time-based 1-minute animation, we chose Creative Triplet for their unwavering communication, pre-deadline delivery, artistic execution, and ability to listen and incorporate feedback into an excellent end project.

We started with a 1-minute test, then a 3 minutes segment, then the remaining 30+ minutes of animation.

We worked with one of CT's project managers and set clear goals and deadlines. The process was very pleasant. We had a weekly meeting. And regularly communicated via Slack and Zoom. We had two phases that CT executed, illustrations of provided sketches, and 2D animation based on the approved illustrations and provided animatic (alias "story reel").

We screened all animations with our clients and they were very pleased with the results.

The CT project manager's style is very personable. And very communicative, almost 24/7. Impressive and rare in my experience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The speed of execution of the CT team was most impressive. They did this while maintaining a high-quality project. Fast, great quality and fair price is a winning combination.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This project was under such an intense deadline and the amount (and detail) of animation was massive (35+ minutes). And CT thankfully had several teams working simultaneously. As with any complex project of this magnitude, a few small details were missed on the first passes of the animation. Next time I would have built in more time for the illustration and animation phases and not have pressured CT as we did.

We started with an intake meeting, were we explained everything we needed. The first step was building a script, chosing the style we wanted, and then they provided a storyboard. Once the storyboard had all the corrections, they started with the illustrations and voiceover. The final step was the animation and delivery of final video. We also asked for a PPT with the same look and feel, that was done very quickly.

We worked with a Project Manager, he was available all the time to talk about the project. We kept making adjustments between each step of the process and the work ran really smoothly.
