What was the scope of their involvement?

Convert is taking care of my social media marketing, mainly on Facebook and Google My Business. They are responsible for planning and creating posts. I provide them with the written content, and their photographers come on-site to produce photos and videos.

Convert has also developed our website and designed our marketing materials such as business cards, flyers, posters, roll-ups, and the t-shirts that our swim coaches wear.

What is the team composition?

Their founder is my sole point of contact. He distributes the work to his team as he sees fit.

How did you come to work with Convert?

I heard of them through word of mouth, through a mutual client.

How much have you invested with them?

We’re spending around 250 Jordanian dinars (approximately $350 USD) per month for their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Convert in February 2020. It’s an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Through Convert’s services, I’ve been able to attract and convert leads, especially those coming in through our direct messages. They’ve also helped me develop my business and reach my target market. We’ve seen an increase in our followers and views as well, so I’m very happy with their performance so far.

We've been working with four members of their team. Osama (Digital Marketing Consultant) is our main point of contact, but we also work with people in charge of marketing, graphics, and account management.

How did you come to work with Convert?

I spoke with several different companies, and this team convinced me of their ability to get desired results.

We've spent $15,000–$20,000 with them so far.

We began working together around November 2020, and it is ongoing.
