I needed specialized help with expediting the buildout the backend of a custom software platform, which includes a mobile and web application, in order to meet an important deadline.

I chose Codify because they were able to impressively demonstrate their skillset and experience with similar projects. Their client communication is world-class: they intuitively understood the needs and scope of my request, and immediately began tackling the objectives. They were adaptable to changing requirements and unforeseeable obstacles. They went above and beyond by assisting with the front end, recommending ways to streamline processes, and pointing out areas of improvement I was not aware.

They helped design and develop a firebase web and mobile app which includes features like push notifications, cloud messaging, SMS messaging, dynamic links, approval workflows/email triggers, calendar syncing, and others.

3 team members in total: two are partners/firm owners, and one employee I believe.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Currently, the mobile portion is essentially completed, and we are approaching completion of the webapp portion. I am completely pleased with the product delivery thus far.

The main method of communication is through WhatsApp, and the style is, in my opinion, a perfect balance of professional and casual. They have a sense of humor, which makes the work more enjoyable. It is very easy and pleasant to communicate with the Codify team.

These measurable results confirmed the project’s effectiveness and its value to daily operations.

Despite being a single developer, his project management was exceptionally organized, reliable, and efficient. He set clear timelines, communicated progress consistently, and delivered each milestone on or ahead of schedule. He responded to every request quickly, often the same day, and adapted the work based on evolving needs without hesitation. 
His ability to manage design, development, fixes, and integrations independently demonstrated strong ownership and dedication. Even as one person, he maintained high quality, solved problems proactively, and ensured the project moved forward smoothly. His responsiveness, discipline, and commitment made the entire process seamless and highly productive.

What impressed me most was the company’s combination of deep environmental expertise and advanced technological capability. Their ability to provide professional field teams, modern equipment, and a powerful digital management system in one integrated solution is truly unique. Their responsiveness, innovation, and commitment to operational excellence set them apart in the industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Codify Tech could have done differently?

Codify Tech performed strongly overall, but there is room for improvement in documenting certain processes more thoroughly and providing clearer long-term maintenance guidelines. A more structured handover phase and expanded knowledge-transfer sessions could have added value. Still, these were minor points compared to the project’s overall quality and successful delivery.

We needed help developing a property sourcing lead engine.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Codify Tech has developed a working application within FlutterFlow. The team has used Google Cloud functions, custom code, FlutterFlow, and Firebase. Initially, Pratik taught me step by step. In time, he took on chunks of work when things got complicated, like setting up nuanced API calls with specific filters, setting up logic in action flows, and loops. Codify Tech has also taken care of the UI/UX design. The team has helped take my comments in Figma and make them a reality on screen.

We’ve worked with two teammates from Codify Tech.

How did you come to work with Codify Tech?

I found them on Fiverr. I chose them over other options because of their price and ability to teach. The ability to try them out for a few hours without a big commitment allowed me to develop a comfort level as we proceeded.

We started working together around September 2024, and the engagement is ongoing, nearing an end.

Codify Tech has delivered a working application. We’re still working on it, but it’s progressing very well.

Yes, all items were delivered on time. The items that weren't delivered on time were due to any problems with the software, which they then resolved quickly. Additionally, there was a 10 hour time zone difference that minimally got into responses via WhatsApp or email

They delivered what I needed and had not only the software skills, but basic graphic design understanding for the UI/UX to make things look good.

Not particularly. They often answered questions not entirely within the project scope and were very helpful.
