They delivered on time and were focused on problem-solving. We primarily communicated through email, phone calls, and Google Meet.

CodeStore Technologies was responsive and collaborative; we appreciated our team, and they helped us realize what the app could be. They were patient, easy to work with, and we didn’t have to chase them for anything.

We wished CodeStore Technologies would have been able to optimize our design.

Be upfront about your needs and ask them about their services and what they can offer. Communicate with CodeStore Technologies and give them the space to bring up issues and have open conversations.

We required a integrated software system that would enable our clients to submit their requests along with all documentation and receive the deliverables in our specific format through the software as well. We wanted to keep track of the project allocations, time spent by our analysts/patent agents and pricing/invoicing information with the software. Our special report format needed integration with several third party systems and interfaces from various PTOs.

Our project was complex and we wanted to partner with a solutions developer who could understand our needs and related challenges. Codestore asked for detailed specifications before committing and made sure our requirements and expectations were clearly known before quoting costs and time. This made us comfortable as we were reassured that they knew what was required and would be able to deliver.

They designed and developed a cloud-based system for end to end management of IP search projects.

They delivered a robust software solution without any significant delays in timelines. We are satisfied with the product and their after deployment service.

The project manager and team lead handled the project very well. They met all major milestone deadlines with accountability and deep understanding of the project and technologies involved. We communicated mostly through MS Teams and email.

They understood our specific needs very well and met the deadlines. They have great command over the technologies they work with and ensured that all our concerns were addresses in a polite and timely manner.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

they can improve their s/w testing process to catch more bugs early and reduce issues at release time.

so, we got to know about codestore from a refferal, who had some work done in past. and the team is very confident about their work and shown us some past work as well.

we got a mobile app for the user, one mobile app for the drivers and a dashboard for owner to check the overall month on month bookings and which driver is performing better and see payouts as well.

a total of 10 people worked on the platform as its a complex project. a project manager, team lead, 6 developers - including front end , back end, mobile app developer etc. 2 testers, to test the mobile app and webapp.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Overall, we got a good solution and the project was delivered on time. the first version of it is delived with in 3 months and post that we were getting monthly deliverables with new features and fixes as per the feedback we got from the clients.

quite professional on that note. proper bi weekly meetings with demo on the progress and always open to accomodate the changes asked. used MS teams for the meetings. and azure devops used for project management.

they are having a good team sync and ajay(ceo) is also technical and have designed the software architecture for us.

none as on now. my overall expereince with them was good.

We were offered the opportunity to work on a specialized, proprietary program for the packaging industry. It required a new set of skills that were not our main strength. The project required us to review existing, outdated applications built on non-supported versions of windows. We met with the customers, learned what they did, and how they used the program to run their business, designed a new software application to solve their issues.

I worked with two key individuals, Ajay K. was my primary business contact and was excellent at making sure we had a good team, good communication, and all financial aspects of the project. The second person, Poornima T., was an excellent programmer/point of contact with Codestore. She was responsible for all coding and testing on the vendors site.

The project had a couple of milestones that Codestore directly contributed to completing. Database Creation and installation. Initial Data Collection and storage Reporting. Codestore Technologies Pvt Ltd was able to create their own local development system, kept our development system updated, and respond quickly with needed updates and changes.

Our project was divided into 2 sections, financial and development. We had twice monthly communication with management discussing how the project was going, did we feel good participation, and any cost/finance issue. We had weekly, sometimes daily, meetings with the lead programmer and our company to discuss the project, any needs, concerns, and to perform testing and customer requested changes. We used Skype, email, and virtual machines chats and remote desktop tools routinely in this project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Codestore Technologies Pvt Ltd showed ease of communication and commitment to excellence in the finished project. Poornima was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Ajay maintained communication with us on a regular basis.

There were no issues on this development and no areas identified.

They have developed a cloud-based SAS app to handle contract management. They were responsible for taking a concept and design the app and implementation. We worked a 1-week sprint, we had two weekly calls. Monday start of the sprint and Friday sprint close meeting.

There are 4 engineers worked on my project. There are two front end developer, one back-end API developer, and one tester.

They are very easy to work with, very reasonable hourly rate. If I have any issue I can always escalate and get a quick response.

We implemented an agile project management style. We followed a one-week sprint cycle, we set up tasks at the start of the sprint and validated them at the end of the sprint. We used skype as our communication tool.

The key features I like about them is on-time delivery, problem-solving, they can take any concept from me and come up with a design and implementation.

None.

I’m the CTO of Cloud Shine Technology. We’re a new marketplace startup for freelancers.

We needed CodeStore’s help to develop our platform’s capabilities and portal. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?
I initially provided CodeStore with our requirements, including the functionality we needed. From there, they started the design and development phases. We ran iterations on the designs using Figma. After finalizing the UI and interaction flows, they started putting together the solution and developing the platform.
At present, we’re still doing some maintenance work with CodeStore. We aim to launch by the end of 2023.
What is the team composition?
We’ve interacted with teammates from their account team to their project management and development teams. Their project manager and technical developers are present in our stand-up meetings. I’ve also been in contact with their sales representatives. In total, we’ve interfaced with 5–6 people.

I found CodeStore through a conference in the Middle East. They had a lot of competitors there, but they stood out because I was looking for a partner who could provide us with flexibility. Other teams didn’t have the structure that we needed for our project.

The partnership started in October 2022, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve had a strong collaboration and great experience with CodeStore. To be honest, this has been a surprising experience for me. I’ve had a long experience working with offshore and near-shore companies, and it’s sometimes difficult to have interactions with such companies. However, CodeStore is different — they’re highly proactive. They always suggest good approaches in terms of addressing issues. Overall, our partnership has been truly satisfying.
How did CodeStore Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
Everyone from the CodeStore team has been great. They’ve met our deadlines and budget, and the team even goes the extra mile. They deliver everything according to our agreement. Moreover, since we’re a startup, we’re refining our requirements. They’ve been flexible and open to discussing those adjustments and goals.
What did you find most impressive about them?
CodeStore is quite good at focusing on what they know. They don’t pretend to be experts in areas where they’re not. This has helped establish a good level of trust between us. They don’t oversell themselves but believe in what they can do.

No, there aren’t any. They should keep up the good work.

Start with the design and discuss your needs. Be clear and give CodeStore your requirements — embrace the journey with them. Be open and communicative with the team because they’re great at understanding your needs.

in the duration of 7 months, various milestones were decided to deliver. and they did deliver the following on time:

1. detailed scope of work document with market analysis and functional flows. 
2. complete wireframing of the web app and mobile app.
3. complete designs of the whole system.
4. various milestones divided across development and coding of the app.
5. deployment of the apps on servers and play store and app store.
6. handing over the source code, documentations.

they are very well organized by using various tools, such as MS project, Devops, Github, Jira, etc. along with very good response time.

The project manager appointed to us was very good. along with that management is very much reachable at any point of time. code quality is very good compared to other vendors at this price point.

i am not able to find any scope of improvement. they are doing good work. we wish them luck and success.

I met the Sales rep and CEO at a Tech convention in Dubai. Decided to go with Codestore because of the confidence and flexibility the CEO showed during our encounter.

Not much metrics to share because the project is on halt for now, as we need to focus more on the design and requirements detailing which was initially missed.

The company could pay more attention to the consulting side of the business as many small companies do not necessarily have clear and detailed requirements from the start; more time and effort should be captured at the start of the project in order to understand the need. - The company could invest in CLM and especially payment processing through modern online platform could help improving the invoice and payment.

I was looking for a team that can do such kind of projects in a reasonable budget. And have expertise in software development domain.

A web based search tool was developed and delivered. We consumed a lot of publically available apis to see if the trademark of such kind is already registered or not. They used latest technologies like angular and dot net core.

So, a total of 5 members were working with me. One project coordinator, One designer, Two developers and One tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was completed well on time. Since a Qa was actively involved since the beginning, our time to market was significantly reduced.

They had allocated a dedicated project co-ordinator for our project. We usually had weekly scrum calls with the entire team over MS teams to monitor progress and discuss any queries they had. Also we would communicate over emails/teams to address any urgent queries. They were very prompt with their response and this ensured there were no delays to the timelines for any sprint.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their clear communication and adherence to timelines were what made this project a success. They were deeply invested in the project and would give active suggestions to make this product better.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I had a very smooth experience with the team and cannot think of anything i would like to change at the moment.
