I'm Ajit Singh-Director of Raipur Coal Feeder-India

For what projects/services did your company hire CloudTrains Technologies, and what were your goals?

We have a business website and the website needed a revamp in design and development as it became outdated. We wanted to get our website revamped and wanted to change the design and development of the website. By doing this, we were hoping to boost the traffic of our website before the end of the session.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Initially, we had already given them the Raipur Coal Feeder's official ERP project and were quite happy with the services. Hence, we decided to give the current website development project as well.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

First, we have a requirement gathering call with the CloudTrains design and development team. They noted down the changes that we wanted to our website. They also have suggestions for our website related to the UI/UX design part and also the programming language. In the development phase, we have regular interaction with the team.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was the main point of contact throughout the process. Beside, there was one Intermediate Web developer and a designer working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The outcome of the project turned out to be great.  We were quite happy with the design and development services.

The best part about the project was that it was delivered without delay. Also, there wasn't any communication gap and the coordination of the team was awesome.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were quite professional on the part of design and development. They guided us and gave great suggestions to make the website user-friendly and provided us with all the credentials and support.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They did the best and we were quite satisfied with their services.

I’m the Co-Founder of a company Glazonoid who deal into Smart Home Decor Products established in 2020 with the aim of creating a new website and mobile app for our D2C Business Purpose.

I’ve worked with them on building a Mobile Apps & Web platform of Glazonoid

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had researched companies online and reached out to many for quotes. However, most vendors required a deposit for an estimate. I ended up working with CloudTrains, because they were the only company without that requirement.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

CloudTrains has been building the full product (Apps & Web) for Glaznonoid. We went through a series of phone calls and emails to discuss what me and my entire team wanted. They built a prototype based on that, and took care of any changes within a day or two. After I get more funding, I’ll go ahead and build the full product with them. We’re currently using a CMS, which we’re planning to integrate through APIs. The purpose of the platform is to sale our products direct to our consumers with a help of app and web, as well as several other features which are still in being planned out.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I work with five people, including an UI/UX designer, project manager, app and web developer, and marketing manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are still building the app & web, so we don’t have outside feedback or metrics yet. This is a really collaborative process. I have ideas for how I wanted the app to look, but this is not my background. They have been so helpful with thinking through the functionality, design, and features, and they support me.

At the beginning of the project, they provided a proposal with all the milestones scheduled. I can contact them multiple times a week, and they feel like they might be in the next town over. We’ve never had problems with the time difference and have a tremendous amount of interaction. They walk me through all the steps of the process. We use Basecamp and WhatsApp to connect.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They’re an absolute pleasure to work with. They have strong customer service and are available at any time to answer questions. They were happy to go through tremendous detail and make any changes I wanted to make. They never complain about time commitments to me, and are always willing to do what I want whenever I need them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, I don’t have any complaints. This has been a smooth, easy process.
