Personal relationships that have been formed with the staff over time.  Impressive attention to detail.  Great flexibility in tackling problems and finding solutions quickly.  Extremely effective range of skills and abilities to assist small companies with the many problems they will face in this part of thier business.  And, an amazing commitment to superlative customer service and satisfaction.

Are there any areas for improvement or something ClickReady Marketing could have done differently?

They have been one of the best "partners" in business that we have experienced over the past 21 years of our doors being open to consumers.  Yes, occasionally something(s) small might fall through the cracks and get overlooked. But, overall they have been a consistently genuine partner to us and we really would have been lost MANY times without them being RIGHT there when we needed them to help us.

 I’m the president of Full Contact K9, a company that provides modern dog training for all breeds and exceptional fully trained working German Shepherds for personal security to discerning clients.

 We needed help with website development and management, SEO, and press releases.

What was the scope of their involvement?

 We’ve worked together on the site design, and ClickReady Marketing has taken over the implementation. The team has continuously been a partner as the marketing landscape has evolved.

What is the team composition?

 We’ve worked with at least five teammates from ClickReady Marketing over time.

How did you come to work with ClickReady Marketing?

 I found them via a Google search in my area. I chose them because of their willingness to help a fledgling entrepreneur and their fair pricing and transparency about their work product.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working together in November 2012, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 Full Contact K9 has experienced a lot of highs and some lows, as any business does. ClickReady Marketing has been a reliable marketing partner and problem solver in all weather. We’ve grown to be the leading dog trainer and provider of family security K9s in the southeastern US. Most years, we’ve seen at least 50% growth in revenue. Moreover, our website traffic and lead quality have improved as we’ve continued to refine our strategies. The organic SEO lead generation has produced high-quality leads with well-informed customers who are prepared to invest in an existing dog or purchase one. We’ve seen a 20% organic growth in leads year over year.

How did ClickReady Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

 They’re always punctual and on time. We haven’t had any issues with delays. We communicate via email, text, phone, and web.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 Their willingness to expend resources for clients, make themselves available to answer questions, pivot when the market changes, and help find solutions to complex client acquisition challenges is impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

 They can be risk-averse at times.
