Cleverviral was hired to generate new leads and increase the number of meetings booked for the following services offered by Reconciled:

• Bookkeeping (entree service) 
• Controller services 
• CFO services 
• HR & Annual Corporate Income Tax Filing solutions 

Apart from this, we also wanted to time our sales outreach during the ‘Tax Extension’ season since most of our target ICPs look at cleaning up their books around this time. Cleverviral was supposed to come up with a full-fledged cold outreach strategy and messaging that would allow us to reach out to prospective clients in relevant industries.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With Cleverviral's strategies & seamless communication, we generated sales 28 opportunities over a 3-month period for our services. We were able to close a good percentage of these with the highest sales deal of about 10,000 USD. In addition, the reply rates were also much higher than some of our previous campaigns, which was a great sight!

They’re prompt with their communication & keep you in the loop regarding any changes that might occur. That being said, the deliverables were almost always on-point. Some of the strategies they used gave some decent results, which was another highlight.
