An account lead owns the strategy and the relationship, and the specialists doing the SEO, paid, creative and dev work are in the meetings with you when needed. Most clients settle into a rhythm: a fortnightly or monthly session on performance and what's next, a quarterly step back to re-plan, and on request, a shared Slack or Teams channel for anything that can't wait. Because we plan every channel off the same numbers and the same goal, you're not sitting through three separate updates and joining the dots yourself. We also say the awkward thing early. No surprises, and nothing you have to decode. Day to day we are an email or call away with the people actually doing the work. You also get a live dashboard you can open any time, so performance isn't a monthly reveal. Each month you get a report that opens with what changed, why it changed and what we're doing next. The detail sits underneath for anyone who wants it. Each quarter we get in a room and look wider: what's working, what we're stopping, where next year's growth comes from. If something moves sharply, good or bad, you hear it from us first rather than finding it in a chart four weeks later. And we write it in plain English. Against the number & metrics your business runs on, agreed before we start. For ecommerce that's usually revenue and return on ad spend looked at across the whole account, because channels take credit off each other when you measure them separately. For lead generation it's qualified leads and what each one costs, tracked into your CRM wherever we can get access. For longer sales cycles we agree a leading indicator we can move while the real result catches up. Channel metrics still matter, but they're diagnostics. Rankings, impression share and click through rate tell us what to fix. They don't always tell you whether the investment paid off. We set the baseline in month one, agree targets with you, then report against them every month.
