• Develop a new custom logo for saberassetgroup.com
• Once the logo is completed we will deliver a full branding kit that will provide variations of logos, official brand colors, and fonts as well as icons to be used for any future marketing purposes.
• 1 to 2 weeks to deliver logo and branding kit if approvals are delivered in a timely manner. New Custom WordPress Website Design and Development 
• Develop the website based on the latest WordPress platform with a custom theme design.
• The website will have a home page, 10 inner pages.
• Unlimited revisions at the design stage of the website.
• Will use a responsive HTML concept, and all pages will be accessible from any device (including Android, iPhone, and tablets). We will make sure that the pages are compatible with the latest 2 versions of major web browsers: IE, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome.

Project duration, scope, deliverables, and cost SOW agreed on 2/24/23 Project initiation began on or about 2/27/23. In terms of SOW, Saber Asset Group needed website/deliverables completed by 4/21/23. Moreover, this timeline was very tight and compressed to deliver the website/branding before a major tradeshow in Houston, TX. Cleartail Marketing delivered 100% for every deliverable listed in our agreed contract.

From project initiation to completion, Cleartail responded to every need via phone, video conference, text, and email. As a Senior Project Manager for over 20 years in the the fortune 100 space, Cleartail followed best practices in terms of a Agile project framework and their project management was outstanding and I'd recommend them to any of my colleagues or business partners. Magee and Quincy are very professional and gained our trust for augmenting our business.

I’m the VP of operations for an automation integration company. We integrate different solutions for manufacturing companies to streamline their production lines. We create overall solutions, from the beginning of the production process to the product’s packaging.

Cleartail Marketing has updated our company’s website, including design and development. Cleartail Marketing has worked on our existing website; however, they’ve essentially developed it again from scratch. We’ve provided the site’s information through Google Drive, including written content and photos, and Cleartail Marketing has managed the site’s design and development. Cleartail Marketing has also worked on the site’s usability, making it compatible with different devices. 

Moreover, Cleartail Marketing has helped us clear our domain issues since we had worked with different hosting companies and had confusion about which was our hosting provider. Cleartail Marketing has finished the site’s development and is now working on its optimization. Cleartail Marketing will also provide us with web maintenance services.

Most of our business has come from word of mouth, and this time, Cleartail Marketing reached out to us and shed light on the fact that our website needed improvement. I’m unsure how Cleartail Marketing originally got my contact information, but Magee reached out and put together a video with different solution proposals. Cleartail Marketing showed they had researched our company and they understood our issues.

We’ve invested $1,350 on our website’s redevelopment and redesign.

We started working with Cleartail Marketing in February 2023. They’ve completed the website and started working on the site’s optimization, which will be an ongoing project.

We’ve just launched our new site and don’t have quantitative metrics yet. However, we’ve already received a few leads. The site looks great, and Cleartail Marketing has understood what we wanted and our business goals. We’re very happy with the site Cleartail Marketing has created. 

How did Cleartail Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Cleartail Marketing is exceptional regarding project management. Cleartail Marketing has a quick turnaround and delivered our site in 1–2 business days. If we hadn’t given them all the site’s content and information, I believe the process would’ve taken longer. We communicate through email and Google Meet.

I’m most impressed with Cleartail Marketing’s initiative since they reached out to us before we knew what our problem was. Cleartail Marketing has done a great job researching our company and understanding our needs from a business standpoint. 

Additionally, Cleartail Marketing is good at explaining the project’s technical aspects and walks us through the process since our company doesn’t have a development team.

I can’t think of anything for Cleartail Marketing to improve. They’ve been extremely helpful and eager to support us where we needed to.

I recommend opening up the conversation with Cleartail Marketing if you want to improve your company’s marketplace position. Cleartail Marketing is a great partner to work with, they don’t pressure you and come up with the right solutions for your company. Cleartail Marketing is also extremely cost-effective.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I appreciated the fair pricing, customer service orientation, and clear process for completing the work. I also appreciated knowing the milestones and when to pay.

We had an initial meeting where we discussed the high-level design and the team came back with 3 options. None of them worked for me, so we had another feedback call where I walked through what I liked and didn't like - and where I'd need a little inspiration from them. They came back with designs that were much closer to what I was envisioning and we chose one.

I then shared copy for each of the pages. In about a week, we had a website - and then it was just finalizing pictures, copy, and connecting the site to my subscriber manager/newsletter, etc. Pretty straightforward and all delays were because of me and my schedule. ;-)

I worked mainly with a project manager, Quincy. And she worked with a team of developers to create the site.

ClearTail reached out to our Co-founder to see if we would be interested in learning more. We met with their team a few times where they walked us through the solution/platform and were very patient and helpful throughout the process as we made a decision. Ultimately, the value for the cost was the most influential factor.

We started with a kick off call to define the goals of our lead generation LinkedIn campaign, discuss messaging strategy, and the parameters for our target audience. From there, we also received a demo of our new CRM SharpSpring for those team members who would be using it frequently. Our partnership has been ongoing and since the start we have met bi-weekly to cover KPIs of the campaign and discuss any questions or concerns. I addition, they've helped us with re-building our website.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The lead generation and use of CRM has been successful. We've generated over 1,000 qualified leads and have maintained many of them engaged through email campaigns that we are now able to do through our CRM (SharpSpring) ClearTail provided us with. ClearTail has always been available to answer questions and help us with ongoing initiatives, even if unrelated to original project.

We' hold meetings every two weeks to touch base. Communication has always been clear and effective.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provide marketing expertise and advise in and outside of main lead generation project, are always willing to help with current initiatives and new ideas, and communication and problem-solving is always quick and efficient.

Some details in campaign workflow are overlooked, but this is very seldom and usually does not happen.

Our old website was created in 2015 and we needed something completely new and fresh. Our goal was to get it done as quickly as possible and at a fair price.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was lucky that I had met Magee Clegg at my previous company. They were using ClearTail for SEO improvement. I was extremely impressed with their services. I immediately thought of them when the time came for our new website. We received multiple proposals but ClearTail's approach and price was the best.

Since we were starting from scratch with the new website, the first step was finding a "template" that we liked that we could build from. ClearTail sent us several templates based on our previous conversations regarding the look and feel as well as the content for our website. Once they template was chosen, ClearTail provided three options for the Homepage.

We picked one, tweaked it, approved it and then moved on to the sub-pages. The website is built in Word Press. I have access and can update our Blog and make minor changes when necessary or I can have ClearTail make the updates. Their prices are extremely reasonable.

I worked with two people from ClearTail, Magee Clegg and Quincy Clegg. They are both knowledgeable and very responsive.

We were able to get the website up and running in two months. The speed was due to two factors. First of all, we chose the template and got all of our content finalized before handing everything over to ClearTail for development. The second factor was all ClearTail. I could not believe how fast they were at building the pages and then making our requested updates. They made sure that we were 100% happy with everything.

The project was very well defined from the beginning with exact deliverables and expectations.

The most impressive thing about this company is their interest and dedication to our success. I was excited about this project and so were they because they care about the final outcome.
