MEGAWATT ENERGY LLC is the official supply of gas and electricity. We provide high-quality service for buying gas and electricity for business. We created a high-tech online system that is quick and clear for a buyer. Our head office is in Kiev, Ukraine. I`m CEO and founder of the company.

We wanted to create a mobile application for our customers in addition to the web service. Main target was to have a tool using which a person can see all the expenses and bills in one-two clicks. We wanted to make the process of paying a bill easy. Aside from that we wanted to have a new chanal of informing users about our news and sending them marketing information directly.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We contacted a number of potential contractors and had several meetings with them. We decided to work with Echizh as during the first 1-hour meeting with their team we received more answers and solutions to our needs than during a week of communications with other contractors.

Our backend engineers created Mobile App Requirements - a document that describes the work of an application and its integration with the backend. Then our frontend contractor with Echzh team participation created the design of the app.

The Echizh team developed the app during 6-8 weeks. As well they integrated it with our backend and frontend during that time. Finally, all together we tested all the features, fixed bugs and made a release in the App Store and Play Market. We used native languages for mobile apps for iOS and Android.

There were two developers, the Head of Mobile development department, and some participation of their designer. Their Project Manager and CEO were involved too.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have ~1500 users of iOS and more than 1000 of Android after two months. That's really good. We also see that this channel of communication is much more effective than others.

We had permanent and direct communication with the whole team including developers chief of the mobile development department. We used common chat in messenger and zoom calls to coordinate our actions.

They were 100% involved in the project from the first minute of our dialog.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, everything is OK. We plan to start another project with Echihz by the end of this year.

I`m Head of Ecommerce at Flagman company. We are the biggest in Eastern Europe online and offline store of fishing tools and equipment. Our head office is in Kiev, Ukraine. We have several hundred employees.

We have a lot of customers. And our marketologists decided to create a tool to have a permanent communication channel with our customers. First of all we wanted to work with existing clients and to create new experiences for them. Second task was to attract new buyers. So we decided to create a mobile application as no one of our competitors has it.

The main goal was to create an app in short terms because we wanted to launch it by the beginning of a new season. We also wanted to use our corporate design in the app and connect it with our online store.

We created a description of our project and sent it to ~10 different companies. After receiving feedback we had interviews with each company and finally we took into account experience and price of the project of every company. We liked Echihz company the most. Their price was good and they had a lot of experience, so we decided to work with them.

We created detalized app documentation together with the Echizh team. 8 weeks were spent on the design stage and around 5 months on development. Right after launching the app we started the first update (adding a new language version).

There were designer, 4 developers, chief of Echizh mobile development department, project and account managers and one or two tests people.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched the app on time as we planned. I believe that is quite important as I know there may be delays with custom app development. At the moment we have more than 100 000 active users of the application. We increased the average check of the purchase. We can also quickly inform our customers about new or interesting products they may like. We also can inform them about discounts etc. using push messages.

It was fine. No doubts at all. We had permanent communication with their project manager, account manager and chief of the mobile development department. Designers and developers were involved in the communication with our specialists as well. Mostly we used phones and messengers or zoom calls

Echizh team had a lot of experience in e-commerce projects as they work with development of both apps and online stores. They had good ideas and advice about our project, and our team liked their involvement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. Everything was on a high quality level. Now we continue to work with Echizh company when we need or want to add something to our application.

How did you select ECHIZH and what were the deciding factors?

We chose the company very carefully, as we needed to find a web studio that would have an extensive portfolio with recognizable brands, the competence of specialists in the work and, of course, adequate deadlines.

It was also important for us that the ECHIZH company has 9 years of experience and approaches the creation of a web product in an integrated manner: from creating a website layout to promoting it with the help of a SEO.

The project implied the creation of a web service and a website for the campaign, which would help our company to attract more users and improve interaction with them on social networks. We set clear tasks for ECHIZH, which included: creating a unique website, a web service for uploading photos, a convenient system for publishing photos on social networks and the ability to choose a frame for a photo.

In addition, our company Kinder had a goal to preserve the original color and style, which also became a requirement in the development of design for the PC and mobile version of the site. It was important for us that the site was not only beautiful, but also workable, so that we set the task of performing a general optimization of the site. In the process, we got a website that has a simple, intuitive interface.

Our task of uploading photos to the service and choosing a frame was completed, the site worked perfectly, our corporate identity did not contradict the created design.

We were very pleased with the result of working with ECHIZH, since now we have a convenient photo service, and our participants win prizes on a pleasant platform and remain happy with the interaction with it.

We found the optimal pace for each other and were helpful in our work. We were informed on all issues of interest, which made the work transparent and understandable.

The strategy for performing the work left pleasant impressions after working with the ECHIZH and the fact that there were no difficulties in interaction and we got what we wanted initially, of course, we, as customers, really liked it.

I am the head of R&D Department at Benish GPS – the big international company engaged in up-to-date solutions for vehicles in order to provide them monitoring and protection. Benish GPS is the market leader in satellite security and monitoring systems in Ukraine with more than 150 people employees.

Among our clients there are largest auto-importers, dealers, insurance, pharmaceutical, leasing and FMCG companies and government institutions. Since the company's foundation, it's a part of Benish Group GmbH established in 1981 in Israel and now operating in 15 countries.

We wanted to make our B2B vehicles tracking service more comfortable for our clients. We had only the web version and decided to create a mobile application as well.

What were your goals for this project?

The main goal was to create a tool that can be useful for our customers on the one side and can give our service and company in general more competitive advantages.

How did you select ECHIZH?

We made a research of app development companies and sent all of them busines requirements and technical specifications of our application. Then we selected several of those who offered the best price and had 1-2 live meetings with them to see if the team is really interested in our project.

We provided a detailed technical specification, which described all the functions and their details that we wanted to see in the application. In turn, the company Echizh suggested how to improve the interface, and what can be added.

While developing the app we had several changes in the project itself and faced some difficulties with API implementation but both our teams worked together and found solutions.

We have contacted three people from their team. CEO, project manager and designer. We didn’t work with developers directly. However, of course, we had accepted all the results at the sprint reviews and were always able to communicate with the software engineers when necessary.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The best outcome is our mobile application BeM2M. It is simple and easy to use. Everybody of our teammates likes it. And our customers are satisfied as well. Frankly speaking, I think we have one of the best apps for vehicles monitoring in the world nowadays.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was really quick communication. We had scheduled meetings in our office and also calls at any time when it was really needed. In addition, we had Telegram and Skype chat to solve issues asap.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

A huge experience in design and app development and was impressive. They saved us a lot of time. Project was done in term and we constantly received the necessary information about the development process.

We are completely satisfied with the work done by now. We hope to add new features to the BeM2M app in future. In fact, by now we have started and already finished one more app project with Echizh team.

We gave them descriptions of what we want to see and have on our site. They also had several ideas that we liked about how to improve our site compared with our competitors. The design stage took four - five weeks in general but we really liked what we`ve got at the end. The development took around six weeks. After the end of the project we have a website that fully satisfies our needs and expectations.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

I think the best outcome is our website https://carrera.ua/ . It is modern and comfortable in use. Everyone from our team likes it. Our first clients from the site like it as well. So I believe the project is successful.

Usually we had phone calls several times per week during the design stage. When developers started their work, the project manager informed us about the situation once a week.

They had a lot of experience in design, development and online advertising. It was easy to communicate with them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It was our first experience so I don't have what to compare with but I am satisfied with this company. Next time we will definitely contact them if we need any web services.

We give them daily tasks, and I check over their work myself. Everything’s been implemented as I wished.

We communicate via Skype, email, and phone calls. We don’t use any project management tools.

What I like most about them is their fast communication.

I don’t have any specific advice. Clients should just go ahead and work with them. ECHIZH is good with Magento, they have good communication skills, and they work hard.

I`m co-founder and CEO at VamPromo discount service. We are a start up that offer new marketing possibilities to b2c sales business. Our company is situated in Kiev, Ukraine and have 12 employees at the moment.

We had an idea how to promote and advertise products and services in Instagram and Facebook by the customers. We encourage them to publish information of the purchase in their news feed and share it with friends providing a discount on the purchase. So we needed to create an application for iOS and Android to make our idea real.

The main goal was to create an app in short terms because we wanted to launch it till the end of 2018. The app had to be simple for any user to understand how to use it. And flexible for future updates.

I send our app conception to several agencies for primary estimates. Echizh account manager gave me feedback very fast during several hours. The estimates were on the middle level but I liked their speed and real interest to our project.

Firstly we spend a week creating detalized app documentation. On this stage we were offered to use qr-codes scanning to make the process of using the app even simpler then we considered it to be. Design was finished and confirmed in two weeks. Apps were released in stores 70 days after the beginning of work.

Mostly I contacted with project manager and designer. I also had several conversations with Evgenii - Echizh CEO and founder about our business processes and how app can influence them. 3 developers were involved in app development and one for testing it.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Apps were launched within 3 months. Since then we have increased number of our clients and users of our app. We had feedback from users and even have made an update of the app based on it. I can admit that our users and our team are fully satisfied by app usability and design.

It was extremely easy to communicate with project manager, team members and even CEO when we want to discuss any question. Mostly we used phone and messengers but it was not a problem to visit their office when we needed it. We used online services to track the project development. So I can tell they were very open to communication and our engagement to the app development.

The Echizh team is very open to collaboration with their customers. I liked the interest and involvement they showed before and during their work on our project. We always were given good advices about app development. They also provide good quality of services for acceptable prices. We also implemented bonus system with rewards for inviting friends to use our service and it gives first new clients.

We worked using short splits to provide a new version of application to our clients, collect and process their feedback and create an improvement plan for next split. They were ready to start as soon as were finishing our part of work.
