We need to create our site from scratch. We have an old site. So we deal to transfer the data from the old one to the new. Scope of work with Centum-D team started from the Design and then integration.

Our old site is not available. To build a new one that allow us to make good reputation for employers and for our clients is one of the aims that we gain. The second important thing is to have a platform where clients can buy online meat products.

We have started from the million questions of their Analythics and it allowed us to understand what we really need. So after we have clear understanding that we can expand our business with e-commerce store. Design was creating in-time. Site is still in work. Everyweek we have a demo session. We like to work with this team. Such approach leads to succesfull finish of the project.

The team has successfully developed a customized CRM system that fulfills our requirements. The system encompasses various roles such as managers, operators, drivers, and clients, accommodating all our operational processes. Notably, it provides comprehensive analytics on fuel consumption during delivery processes for customers goods. 

With this CRM system managers have complete control over the entire delivery process. They can track the location of customers' goods in real-time, enabling them to address any potential risks promptly. As a result, our delivery process has become more profitable for our organization, while also offering increased transparency and safety for our clients.

We recently implemented a cross-functional platform that automates our delivery processes, and the outcomes have been highly favorable for our business.

Project Team created the branded design, as well as developed and implemented unique functionality, including a map that shows multiple locations of our museums cause our market presence is growing. After the first website was completed, we kept on working with the team on all further ones. The team also covers the design of our branded merchandise, like T-Shirts.

The primary goal was to get a modern, visually engaging yet simple and light platform to let people learn and visit our creative selfie museums. By now the Centum-D agency has already completed all of our websites that do actually express our message and goal!

Having contacted the team, we were impressed with their approach and fast communication. That’s why we chose them as our partners. We’ve been cooperating for more than 5 years on a regular basis now – the quality of their services and speed of their provision is just how we want it.

The scope of work was pretty standard & clear: project analysis, design, and development. Testing was performed at each stage. The developers greatly implemented the parallax effect as well as didn’t sacrifice the load speed, even though there’s quite a large gallery on the website! Together we chose WordPress as a CMS, the website is written with PHP, using MySQL as a database.

After the launch of the website multiple processes in our daily working routine were automated (faster procession of requests, better customer service, easier planning & scheduling of visits, etc.), we received a measurable increase in customer engagement & website traffic. Additionally, our visitors were really positive about the design and usability of the website. Implicitly, the website also enabled us to expand our reach to other states & cities.

Management style of the agency is systematic & well-organized. They used email, Skype, GoogleMeets, Telegram, Trello for communication and project management.

Our company has hired the Centum-D team to develop & refine a scalable ERP system. We use it for both internal & external communications, it's complicated architecture has to meet very precise operational & security requirements. We have been working on our internal ERP solution to improve our managing tools and connect them to our external platform.

The final product had to be integral & comprehensive. As well as feature various tools & accesses (for both security & operational reasons) for 3 different users originally with a capacity to further create unlimited roles. Initially, we wanted the Centum-D team to review our originally developed version of the ERP system to decide on its scalability potential as we needed to re-adjust it, add new features, and finally cut several communication channels used.

We did research, considered the company's rating & reviews on various platforms, and finally had an interview where we discussed our main concerns, expected deliverables & requirements.

The team considered all the technical & business requirements set for the project & implemented necessary changes. The main challenge was that at a certain moment, our expectations met the technological limit of the previously used system, so the team suggested creating a new one.

They also perfectly coped with another challenge and found a way to smoothly move all the necessary data correctly without losing its performance & scripting, even though its initial format was different. List of technologies used is quite vast: Python, Rest API ,ORM Peewee, Vue.js, GitLab Docker, Docker composer, Grafana Loki for logs, Swagger.

We're currently working with a project team of 3 developers & PM.

We started working on this project with the company in March 2022 and it's still ongoing. We are satisfied with the outcomes – we use the developed system daily in our work.

Our cooperation was a SCRUM-based working approach with 2-week sprints. Regular updates, synch-up meetings. Whatever we need, they are there for us.

Technical excellence is definitely their strong point, as well as great communication. Our product requires the engagement of experienced senior developers, and Centum-D team found the perfect fit for the project team.

I'd recommend discussing your expectations & actual needs at the very beginning of communication, as they can really come up with an expert way of fulfilling them technically.
