We are bringing the baby wear brand of our company, which we registered a short while ago, to the European market. We started the process by increasing brand awareness and brand positioning in online markets. Since our production and storage areas are outside the European Union, we are working with a fullfillment center operating in the European Union.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are still continuing our project. In the process we started with CargoNXT, thanks to the consultancy they provided us, we established our own company, made developments and collaborations to increase our sales. As of today, we continue to work on increasing our product range and optimized stock product production. The fact that they are aware of our process and understand our low sales figures makes us think that we have found a good business partner.

They usually deliver our orders to the courier on the day of the order. They give us advice on cost optimization in storage. If we need to communicate in any way, they respond very quickly.

I know that they want to manage the transportation process between Turkey and Poland with their own vehicles. If they can do this (with acceptable fees of course), I think this will make a lot of things easier for us too.
