Campground, was instrumental in helping us take our new brand identity and shape our completely new website to match the new look and feel of our new brand. Campground did all of the creative, wireframe, storyboard, shaping, animation and UX involved on the project. He then facilitated the web-development as well.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a scope of work "timeline" with specific deliverables, in which we were able to hold each other accountable. We also had a go-live launch date for the new website, in which we launched on time.

All items were delivered on time, within scope and we communicated, brilliantly. Campground did amazing work and was a creative genius. He always responded to all of our needs, in an expedient manner.

He truly takes the time to get to know you, your project, what is important, why it is important and after thoughtful discovery then start working on the build. His ability to capture our needs and deliver a finished product tailored to our fit, is unparalleled.

None, we will continue to engage Colin and he is currently working on other projects for us at this time.

After requirements are defined, we worked to bring them to life in Figma to create designs that could be used as reference for developers. There was also a period of visual QA to make tweaks that would ensure the most straightforward user experience.

Final designs for a project were well documented in the prototypes and made for an easy experience on the development team.

Quick onboarding produced designs very soon after the first introduction.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Due to the nature of part-time design work with other ongoing projects, sometimes there were missed details that required reiteration. There's probably more from a client perspective that we could do to help avoid those as well!
