What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the website improvements, we achieved a more professional and modern online presence, improved mobile responsiveness, and a smoother UX for visitors. The updated website helped improve client engagement, increase accessibility to our training and consulting information, and strengthen the credibility of our brand in the education and professional training sector. We also noticed better navigation efficiency and improved presentation of our services for both individual learners and corporate clients.We tracked several qualitative and operational improvements after the project was completed. We observed improved website performance, better mobile usability, and increased visitor interaction with our training and consulting pages. There was also a noticeable improvement in client confidence and engagement, with more direct inquiries from potential learners and corporate clients through the website. Additionally, the updated structure and UX made it easier for visitors to access course information and contact our team efficiently.While we didn’t conduct a full-scale analytics campaign, internal monitoring showed a positive increase in visitor engagement and inquiry activity following the redesign and optimization work. Based on our internal observations and client interactions, we estimate that website inquiries and overall visitor engagement increased by approximately 20%–30% after the redesign and optimization work completed by byDelign.
