• We hired Buzzvel to help with our customer portal – it's built on Drupal and we needed help with everything from backend to frontend. stuff like bug fixes, new features, managing user roles, integrating newsletters, cookie popups – the works. it was getting too much for our team to handle alone and we wanted someone we could trust to jump in and really own it.

They help us keep the portal running smooth. anything we need, they're on it. new features, fixes, user issues, backend cleanup – even stuff like custom coding when there's no off-the-shelf solution. we use drupal and they really know their way around it. feels like there's a whole team back there even though we mostly talk to one guy. he’s our go-to dev and also helps us think through tricky stuff when it pops up.

We work agile-style. we send tickets, they estimate, we approve, and off they go. things usually land on time. if not, it's just a loop or two to get it dialed in, nothing major. they use slack + trello like we do, so everything’s easy to keep track of.

Their knowledge of drupal is nuts. like, we’ll run into some weird issue and they’re just like “cool, we’ll build something custom.” and then they do. it’s wild. we’ve got way fewer bugs now and the portal feels way more solid. they don’t treat it like just another project – you can tell they actually care.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We are looking for companies at Google with an impact image because we want something authentic. After a few minutes searching, Buzzvel show up and we feel tempted do visit their website. The vibe off their website and the way that the information was showed was crucial.

In our first meeting we discuss our objectives and Buzzvel make all the work. Our objective was an information Website in the construction business but with a different image than the other companies like us. They show us the wordpress solution and a very tempted dynamic perspective. Was also very clear in the steps and when they will need us to send images and the text content.

In the process we talk with the Development leader to show our vision, than we talk with the Designer that show us the the way our website would look and it always asked us if it was what we wanted and if it was within what we asked for. From that moment on we always talk to the Project Manager.

The feedback is been above what we expect. We receive more contacts requesting our services in 15 days than in 1 year.

The mode of speech of all the elements with whom we speak is very standardized. It is clear that he has a DNA geared towards making a difference and he made us very comfortable. Weekly, a status report was made and the objective for the following week until the test week was presented.

From there, the feedback was daily and at no time were the deadlines exceeded. We were surprised because we know that sometimes there are always setbacks but we felt that they were always ahead of things and even anticipated several situations that we had not foreseen.
