We hired Buzzvel to help with our customer portal – it's built on Drupal and we needed help with everything from backend to frontend. stuff like bug fixes, new features, managing user roles, integrating newsletters, cookie popups – the works. it was getting too much for our team to handle alone and we wanted someone we could trust to jump in and really own it.

They help us keep the portal running smooth. anything we need, they're on it. new features, fixes, user issues, backend cleanup – even stuff like custom coding when there's no off-the-shelf solution. we use drupal and they really know their way around it. feels like there's a whole team back there even though we mostly talk to one guy. he’s our go-to dev and also helps us think through tricky stuff when it pops up.

We work agile-style. we send tickets, they estimate, we approve, and off they go. things usually land on time. if not, it's just a loop or two to get it dialed in, nothing major. they use slack + trello like we do, so everything’s easy to keep track of.

Their knowledge of drupal is nuts. like, we’ll run into some weird issue and they’re just like “cool, we’ll build something custom.” and then they do. it’s wild. we’ve got way fewer bugs now and the portal feels way more solid. they don’t treat it like just another project – you can tell they actually care.
