What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Buzzvel has launched a new website and newsletter. We’ve also seen an increase in our website visitors, with 54,537 visitors. This is an increase compared to the previous website of a previous European Funds program.

Buzzvel’s project management has been flexible. We’ve communicated through virtual meetings.

Buzzvel’s account manager's (Artur) availability has been impressive.

Our project’s theme is very complex. At the beginning of the project, it would’ve been productive to invest more time exploring its complexity.

The main deliverables have included UX/UI design, front- and backend development, CMS configuration and customization, performance and security optimization, analytics and tracking setup, and post-launch maintenance and support.Specifically, Buzzvel has redesigned and optimized our main corporate website and supporting digital platforms, including landing pages for institutional and practice-area content, campaign-specific microsites, and content management workflows. The work has focused on improving structure, performance, usability, and scalability across all platforms, ensuring a consistent and high-quality digital experience.

The optimized UX and content structure have also contributed to more efficient content management processes and faster publication cycles, while enhanced analytics and tracking capabilities have provided better visibility into user behavior and campaign performance, supporting more data-driven decision-making.Specifically, our average page load time has been reduced by approximately 35%–40%, contributing to a smoother and more stable browsing experience. User engagement has also improved, with average session duration increasing by around 20% and bounce rates decreasing by roughly 15%.From an operational perspective, content management efficiency has improved significantly. Content publication time has been reduced by about 30% due to streamlined CMS workflows and improved templates, while routine updates and maintenance tasks require less manual intervention. In addition, the introduction of enhanced analytics has enabled more accurate tracking of user behavior and campaign performance, increasing the reliability and usefulness of reporting by an estimated 25%.

What has stood out the most is Buzzvel’s ability to combine strong technical expertise with a clear understanding of the specific demands of the legal industry. The team has demonstrated a solid grasp of the importance of credibility, clarity, security, and performance in a law firm’s digital presence and translated those requirements into practical, well-executed solutions.Equally impressive has been Buzzvel’s collaborative approach. The team has worked closely with our internal teams, adapted quickly to feedback, and maintained a high level of consistency and quality throughout the project. Their capacity to align technology, UX, and business objectives in a regulated and reputation-sensitive environment has made the collaboration particularly effective.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, our collaboration has been very positive, and the project objectives have been met successfully. If there’s one area Buzzvel could improve, it would be allowing more time in the early stages for joint exploration and validation of alternative solutions, particularly around long-term scalability and future feature extensions.While this hasn’t affected delivery or outcomes, a slightly longer discovery phase could have enabled even deeper alignment on future roadmap priorities. That said, Buzzvel has been responsive to feedback and adapted effectively whenever adjustments have been needed during the project.

They help us keep the portal running smooth. anything we need, they're on it. new features, fixes, user issues, backend cleanup – even stuff like custom coding when there's no off-the-shelf solution. we use drupal and they really know their way around it. feels like there's a whole team back there even though we mostly talk to one guy. he’s our go-to dev and also helps us think through tricky stuff when it pops up.

Their knowledge of drupal is nuts. like, we’ll run into some weird issue and they’re just like “cool, we’ll build something custom.” and then they do. it’s wild. we’ve got way fewer bugs now and the portal feels way more solid. they don’t treat it like just another project – you can tell they actually care.

Nope. We were super happy we found them.
