The project had different stages and depends of the goal. Website goal: we received 3 initial designs for the main page, we choose a theme, and they complete with our content. UI/UX goal: we received 2 initial designs and we choose a theme, then we work together during 3 months with weekly video calls on review many details and testing a few functionalities with real customers. Social network content: we received many posts to approve and they execute corrections and other phrases to make sense on our market goal.

In total, we worked with four people. A project manager during the hole project, 1 ui/ux expert to get our perfect web and mobile application design, 1 content manager to create awesome post to our social networks and 1 web designer for the product presentation.

Our developer were able to implement their design easily, and we get very friendly feedback from our customers. Our site traffic is not relevant but we hear positive feedback from our visitors when they contact us to do a demo of our product.

The project manager was easy to communicate and provide to us frequent ideas to improve the expected results. We had only contact from Google Meet video conferences and this method was perfect for us. Everything was delivered on time.
