Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m an architect and the president of a contracting company. We build residential and commercial buildings, and our services are mainly in the construction and consulting areas. We’re a small group, but we can do pretty large-scale projects. We’ve been doing this since 2003.

They mainly support us with marketing, SEO, website management, social media, maintenance, analytics, and design.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Brandit360 has drilled down and found the most relevant sights on how we’re positioning ourselves. They’ve worked on our image and site selection, providing sound direction so we’re only on the most relevant sites. Also, they’ve helped us with branding and our image in the industry and to the consumers.
What is the team composition?
Beyond Chantel (Founder & Creative Director), someone works on our sites and puts together the reports and documents we need.
How did you come to work with Brandit360?
I found them through a builder-developer we’d worked with. They’d worked with Chantel and her team through the Builders Association, and another developer was also working with them at the time. We reached out to her and asked what her thoughts were on Brandit360.
We had a couple of meetings with them and thought it was a good fit for us. Brandit360 was a great asset for what we wanted to achieve.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $10,000–$15,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with them for several years. We began our relationship around March 2012, and it’s ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their impact has shown in the company’s growth. They’re a big part of that. Brandit360 has given us a larger breadth of exposure, which is what we needed. Since then, we’ve grown steadily.
How did Brandit360 perform from a project management standpoint?
Their performance is excellent. We don’t have problems with them in any way. They do everything we ask, and the team provides their logic on the requests that don’t make sense. It’s been an excellent relationship, and we enjoy working with them.
We usually communicate via email. When something is a bit more extensive, we bounce off ideas through phone conversations.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have a hands-on approach and care a lot about what they do. The team is great at their job, but they also pay attention to the details and adjust to our needs. In that regard, they’re very flexible.
Additionally, Chantel is fantastic. She can sift logically through our direction and come up with solutions and sound directions for whatever campaign we’re working on. Overall, Brandit360 is a well-rounded company. They’ve helped us significantly, and they’d be a great fit for any company due to their knowledge and logic.
Are there any areas they could improve?
From a service standpoint, we haven’t had any problems. The service has been excellent, and we need more people like Chantel.

Put together a program with what you’re trying to achieve so Brandit360 can formulate a path for you and plug in solutions.

They have an excellent project management process. Additionally, they always submit right on schedule, and they have good communication skills. We typically communicate through email.

Brandit360 has been extremely responsive and it helps that they’re US-based. I trust them in a world full of fraud; they have access to my bank accounts and credit cards, but I’ve never felt threatened by their access.

No, I’m completely satisfied with their work; Brandit360 has been wonderful.

Go for it and trust that Brandit360 knows the creative designs they need to make. They’re extremely helpful and responsive, and they don’t make you feel dumb for not knowing anything about technology.
