BrandBomb PR has exceeded expectations for every project and fulfilled the contracts. We’ve received hundreds of thousands of dollars in media value. The team has done an amazing job of getting us coverage on national and local media, including CBS and NBC. Our main goal is to get the media's attention, and BrandBomb PR has succeeded in that way.

BrandBomb PR’s project management is stellar. They continuously stay in touch with updated results and supply a full report after a campaign ends. We use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, email, and text messages to communicate. The team uses a lot of software systems to manage the project, which is noticeable in the way they send reports regularly. However, I don't know which systems those are.

Lindsay has grown our brand visibility and provided marketing strategies. This includes but is not limited to being a liaison for several reality tv show fillings, such as Larissa from 90 Day Fiancé, Farrah Abraham from Teen Mom, and Jen Harley from Jersey Shore. 

Currently, we are working together on filming for Love after Lock Up. She has also helped us get placement in several national magazines with useful articles in Extra TV! , Dermstore, Life & Style, Us Weekly, In Touch Weekly and Home and Garden. Hottie Hair has also been featured multiple times on local news segments, including ABC, NBC, and CBS.

I could never say enough about Lindsay and the Brand Bomb agency with their continued support in generating local and national media placements with many celebrity makeover stories. On a scale of 1 to 10, this publicist should be a 12!!! Anyone would be foolish not to give full reins to them to help build their brand and reputation. I know we are forever grateful.

Additionally, I’ve seen more website and social media engagement. They’ve helped improve my visibility and bookings.

We haven’t had problems; they meet every deadline. Honestly, I just let them go for it so I can get on with my own business. I basically let them do their job, which is good for them. All in all, they’ve created great business for me.

BrandBomb PR handles nationwide coverage and local marketing and involvement opportunities. Initially, they gave us a detailed questionnaire for us to fill out. Once we filled it out, they turned it around and put it into a professional sheet, like a quick bio document with our business history.

They’ve done many digital deliverables. When we’re in an article, they create a digital asset for us to post on our LinkedIn, website, and social media. BrandBomb PR also has developed digital strategies for promotions, awards, and interviews for local opportunities.

For example, we’ve worked with local moms and parents' organizations and done a veterans’ charity drive and a breast cancer drive. Overall, BrandBomb PR focuses on linking us with potential clients and partnering with charities that can make a difference in our community.

Alexis (Publicist) is our main account manager. I speak to Lindsay (Founder) maybe once a week, and we do monthly round-up calls with both of them. Additionally, they have four people on full-time staff and multiple people working freelance.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve helped us increase website traffic by setting us up with an SEO specialist. When people search for body waxing, we’re at the top of the search rankings for the Las Vegas market. In the past six months, we’ve had roughly 22 national articles and interviews published, including The Sun. BrandBomb PR has many leads within our industry, and they regularly reach out to us to pitch us beauty expert issues.

The team is also driving people to the franchise expansion side of our business faster than I expected it to happen. They’ve gotten us podcast and digital media interviews, as well as interviews with influential people in the franchise industry. We closed six franchised units in the first year; we don’t expect that to slow down.

How did BrandBomb PR perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily work with Alexis for project management. They give us the deadline and expectations they have for us, whether it’s submitting an interview or an article. Alexis follows up every few days to check in; they’re very organized.

Moreover, we’re able to see how the work is progressing. For instance, we use Google Drive to see everything and edit it. We check in through weekly Google Meet calls and do monthly round-up meetings to go over what happened the previous month and the expectations for the upcoming month. Additionally, we do lots of phone calls, text messages, and emails.

Lindsay is a queen and the most amazing human ever. However, I’d like to congratulate the whole team because each one of them brings so much to the table. Every employee is essential in the daily activities.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re incredibly proactive; they don't take no for an answer. BrandBomb PR looks ahead for opportunities that can benefit us. When we pushed them into a market that wasn’t in their wheelhouse, Lindsay took it and ran with it. She made many connections, and her contact list grew.

Whenever I ask her a question that I think is too big, she takes care of it and gets us all the information within 48 hours. In summary, there’s no challenge that she’s not prepared for. Lindsay does the research beforehand, and when you finally speak to her, she knows more than you.

No, they’ve created an environment where my staff is excited to watch the business grow. Our employees want to be a part of this because BrandBomb PR has made them a part of the growth.
