In the beginning, we helped Brand Visage which parts of the market we wanted to target. Our team also educated them on which subjects we believed our target audience would search to inform content clusters. We closely worked with Brand Visage to meet those goals. For organic social initiatives, they strictly work on Instagram, Facebook & youtube content.

Their team helped to build our corporate brand image through organic and social platforms. They handled the brand tonality and identity and physical branding. Brand Visage also created a content calendar. Their team’s responsible for creating, scheduling, and deploying content on various platforms.

We’ve worked with the same account manager who Brand Visage initially assigned to us. We typically work with a team of 3–4 people, which changes depending on the marketing initiative.

Their work’s metric and KPI driven. We internally track metrics such as social and organic Traffic and Keyword growth.

We use Bitrix for project management and reporting, and Brand Visage uses their own internal tools. They’re great communicators, which is one of the biggest factors in our success. If I ever need something, I can email, text, or call them. They’re always open and responsive. That has made project management successful for both of us.

If they can work on saturdays.

Search engine optimization- SEO Analysed the website first for on site seo. Corrected the errors. And did offsite seo and helped us reach out desired rankings.

Overall perfect. The founder personally looks over, all the matters so much less scope of improvement. Introduction of some age experienced person can go a long way in helping them. But again that depends on company to company. That however, never let the output which they committed fall.

Since we started with Brand Visage, we’ve seen impressive growth. The website has generated a lot of new traffic and leads tell us they found us Google. In the amount of time I’ve been here, that’s never happened before. We can visually see that our investment is paying off. We’re constantly seeing an improvement in traffic, highest-ranking pages, and lead conversions.

Project management with Brand Visage is great. We don’t work with hard deadlines. It’s a continual working process to get to where we want. If there have been deadlines, they’re excellent at meeting them but most of the time it’s pretty open-ended. Every month, we have a call with the Account Manager to discuss how the site’s doing and how the traffic is performing. We strategize and plan our direction for the next month. They’re excellent at communicating with us when things need to happen. Their team gives us metrics for the analytics of our website.

The team members who work on our website really took the time to help our business and industry. It’s been pleasant to talk with an account manager about Finance but we also have in-depth industry conversations about what’s currently happening in our space. Brand Visage didn't just build our website, they’ve delivered us something that’s specific to our company and industry so it’s above anything that anyone else can offer.

I mean to be honest I didnt had any idea about SEO, so it started with the discovery phase so as to what exactly needs to be done, and then scope of work was decided. So 5 keywords were Freeze by team Brand Visage and then they started to do the SEO work after discovering the correct keywords. After that that also did a Pay per click ad for us on Google Adwords which generated a lot fo leads and new enquiries for us.

They have provided everything they promised, and they’re very attentive. I’m really happy with their performance so far. Our Facebook Ads account has a high score with regard to the quality of the advertising campaigns we’re running.

We evaluate our performance as a company on a weekly and monthly basis, with regard to digital advertising and increasing e-commerce sales, our ROI is quite decent.

They helped us in SERP Ranking fairly well, especially for certain keywords. They not only helped us to rank on targeted keywords, they also helped us to get the ranking on other keywords. Though the dynamics for search engines keep changing, we are still doing good with the continuous efforts.
