Nimass is a rehabilitation Center owned by me. We are doing a new therapy called "Bowen Therapy" which provides real pain relief to people having problems with joints, back pain, hormones, stress or even babies with colics. The therapy is working on the fascia of the human body. I am the main therapist in the center and I have 2 other assistants.

I spoke with 2 other agencies that still gave me good offers but maybe the individual approach that these guys showed to my business case was the major point I have decided working with them which I am really happy

They have developed a design and after that successfully built my website. Now I am able to take online bookings at any given time and it is super comfortable for me. Then they have created a marketing strategy to fulfill my bookings.

There were 6 people involved in this project. I had a designer that designed my website with the Copywriter. There was an Account Manager who took care of me. The web developer built the website and 2 Digital Marketing specialists that took care of my online marketing Execution.

We manage to fulfill all my bookings within 10 days which was much more than I expected. I have prepared 3 months of market entry. These guys did a wonderful job and I can trust them at any given problem that I face within this industry.

I was mostly communicating with the project manager and He was the one arranging all the things. They said they have an internal system but I do not get part in that

These guys have a lot of passion in their work.

3.  The Willingness to help and to grow together I saw so much Passion they are doing the job that it is so visible. When somebody loves their job, believe me, you can see it from miles.

I am more than happy with the results. Maybe the texts took a little bit longer than I expected but that is probably because of the specifications of my Therapy which is quite full of Medical statements.

We developed a whole new constant traffic source for lead generation. We have tried several times before but now the quality of the leads improved a lot and we started adding new real estate projects into the advertising pipeline.

There is always an area for improvement. Maybe if they start to add more channels as a service they would become more competitive. So far I am happy with the service but you can always improve and bring better results.
