As a first step, they focused on brand awareness in order to attract new users. Later, they implemented retargeting channels for more sales-oriented advertisements.

During the first year, we implemented strategies to increase new user and remarketing audiences and grow our advertising accounts, which resulted in a 120% increase in revenue across all channels over six months.

First deliverable was migrating our website without loosing our traffic. They made very comprehensive link analysis, reported how to make link structure. Now we are woking on;

• On page SEO: they are providing regular analysis on current content on website. Guiding us what to do
• Content: They are advising content ideas for attracting traffic and preparing content briefs.

Our main objective was creating quality lead rather than traffic. now, we can collects leads via contacts form and downloads.

We work with Büşra and Nefise in SEO projects. Büşra works as the SEO Manager at BoostRoas. Nefise is involved in this project as an SEO Associate. Also we work with Yasin for implementing tag Manager and report structure.

Nefise shares performance reports with us on a weekly and monthly basis. On a weekly basis, she shares with us our performance and rankings in the keywords we follow. On a monthly basis, she reports in line with the determined KPIs. According to February data;

• We achieved a 26.69% growth in Organic Clicks.
• Our Organic New Users rate has grown by 14.84%.
• In terms of our visibility on Google, the number of keywords in the Top 100 has increased to 39.

In this sense, we think that our performance will increase as technical developments continue and as we implement our content strategy.

Their working style is 100% remote so all the process is carried out through online tools. Their project management style is agile and practical. They count on teamwork and teamwork results in satisfaction and success. We have regular calls. I can reach out to them whenever I want. We use Slack, Asana, Teams etc.

They use an agile and modern working method. The employees are very friendly and positive as well as being very professional. They have the necessary technical knowledge and depth. They offer solutions that fits our needs. By holding regular meetings, they keep track of the project and update us. At the same time, working methods that go through the expert / hour allow us to see the effort and minimize or maximize it accordingly.

Considering our contribution to all channels – although there is a decline in Organic and direct channels for reasons that we do not have – we have finished our seasonal campaigns with an excellent income compared to last year.

For the PPC projects; There was no direct target audience because it was a single and new service in the sector. Based on this, it has to determine a target audience strategy that can appeal to cruise passengers. We needed to reach people with a niche. 

First of all, the BoostRoas team launched Google search campaigns and then launched app campaigns immediately. We started to get good results from app campaigns, but still, we could only reach Android users. Later, they also included Apple search campaigns as an active channel in our plan in order to reach iOS users. 

On the Meta side, we have to limit the budget in the first months so we couldn't see any progress. Because of that, they implemented various strategies to get as many conversions as possible with a single channel.

The BoostRoas team detects and resolves the problem before we receive any requests or suggestions. So they both provide confidence in terms of communication and belief in the project.

It is open for improvement in terms of social media strategies. We find the support we are looking for in all matters, but social media can develop further. It can be helped to identify this problem at the point where a direct solution cannot be found. Another point is that two separate platforms; Asana and Slack, that are confusing at some points. Maybe the point of using the two together can be made more efficient. We have a lot of channels, more can be minimized.

For PPC projects, they have developed two distinct approaches for us since the website has no historical data. Our first goal was to create brand awareness and compete with our rivals in the industry at the same time; we used our price advantage to develop an sales-oriented approach. Besides creating an awareness campaign utilizing social media, we also delivered generic search advertisements to our users. We began to operate traffic campaigns on our website to increase traffic. Then, we developed a category-based strategy and highlighted the categories in which we had an advantage. We generally carried out the tasks with the 5px company. We sent them via e-mail and followed the processes. As for SEO, first we solved the simple problems. We have solved the problems in H headers, titles and descriptions, sitemap and robotstxt. Then we moved on to the technical issues and melted those problems. We forwarded tasks such as CLS, LCP. We created a blog page.

In terms of speed, the site got a little faster. In addition, the errors seen at first glance (long title descriptions, etc.) have been reduced. Sitemap optimization done. We have also started working on content. We observed a performance that increased approximately 1.5 - 2 times every month. From August to September, there was a 1.5 times increase in clicks, and from September to October, there was a 2 times increase in clicks. Since Jebinde has no previous data, we divided and compared the time elapsed since we started advertising into two different periods; revenue increased by 550.16% and sessions increased by 223.82%.

We used Asana for project management. When we had questions or any emergency came up, we used Slack. We had regular meetings.

All campaigns in our Google Ads account were reconfigured to bring maximum performance with appropriate KPIs. It was aimed to use the campaigns more effectively by using the marketing funnel in our social media account. The targets that needed to be given to the retargeting channels were analyzed again and budget/ROAS optimizations were planned. In order to acquire new users, it was aimed to add native ads and new channels to our paid channels. Youtube ads strategy was created. Our basic projects were as above. At the end of the day, we started to get the data we wanted to reach.

All the work done was data-oriented. KPIs were added to the studies considering the previous data. Data studio reports, where we could follow all the data, weekly meetings and review and evaluation interviews were held.
