There were no historical data available on the website for the team to crate PPC projects. Our goal was to compete with rivals in the same industry and develop a sales-focused approach by leveraging price advantages. We then developed a category-based strategy to highlight our products.

• Analytics: We started working with the BoostRoas team during a site transition. It was crucial for us to ensure that all events ran smoothly during this phase and that there were no interruptions in conversion tracking. The process first started with Erdem. Erdem bought the GA4 Enhanced Ecommerce Datalayer in Shopify and provided data delivering to Universal Analytics in Shopify. After it was passed on to Oguzhan, GA4 Property installation completed, Enhanced Ecommerce data sent to GA4 (Conversions sent). Purchase data had duplications and inconsistencies.

Since we didn’t have a software developer, we could not fix it because Purchase data is sent to Universal Analytics from the source codes of the site, so the data accumulated in UA is wrong, but the data accumulated in GA4 is correct. We performed data checks from GA4. Reports were created and shared in GA4. Later, the conversions sent to GA4 were transferred to google Ads.

In addition to these, they transferred the Conversions in GA4 to Ads.

Oleg Cassini is a fashion brand that provides services in two separate categories, bridal gowns and evening dresses. The categories of wedding dresses and evening dresses differ in terms of their targets. If there is an appointment form target similar to a lead brand in the wedding dress category; In the evening dress category, it progresses in the form of eComm and has sales targets.

As Boostroas, we created two separate strategies for Oleg Cassini by using his Google Ads account in line with his goals; including lead and eComm. We made monthly, quarterly, and 6-month plans for both targets. We have also directed projects to support third-party collaborations. When we analyzed our first-quarter results, we achieved our monthly targets every month and managed to grow the brand compared to the previous periods.

For PPC, In order to grow the business, and increase transactions and wedding dress appointments to stores, they set the Google campaign structure according to our needs. Experienced various kinds of campaign types and strategies to understand which one works better for us. While determining the competitors, trends, and opportunities for the brand they created a business strategy to continue with.

For Analytics, they set up add-to-cart conversion, added a lowercase website search term filter and they checked the transaction and Google Ads to see if the measurement is proper.

Since we started working with BoostRoas, we had an increase in our main goals which are wedding dress appointments to local stores and transactions. When we started to analyze the whole blog posts, realized that there were a lot of blog posts that needed to eliminate and focus on the B2B audience's expected information. Therewithal, we moved to optimize remained blog posts and find the principal keyword for all of them.

To be sure if they really were keywords on which we should focus, we researched them and looked at the results if they were relevant to us. Our in-depth research of the competition and audience showed us a map from the helicopter that made us more know-how about the industry. So we understood which piece of content achieved the most traffic and gained more backlinks.

Some of the blog posts needed to be optimized because they had low organic traffic, but at the same time, there was a big potential. But some of them which we didn’t have on the blog, we had to discover and create new briefings. Through these optimizations, we have seen a 76% increase in all organic traffic. To be more specific, a 32% increase in YoY organic traffic, a 115% increase in YoY organic sign up, a 200% increase in page speed, and a 10x increase in Non-Brand keywords. We published a case study after this project and Parasut.com has been nominated for the ‘Best Use of Search (SEO, B2B)’ category at the European Search Awards 2020.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They work in detail and guide us in a way that we could understand. They explain everything. Reporting is excellent when compared to other agencies. They plan our growth for longer periods and work day by day for it. They have regular meetings with us so we can follow up with the projects and progress.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We could have had faster replies from them.
