What impressed us most was their ability to balance technical expertise with genuine collaboration. They really listened to us, understood our business, and delivered a product that not only looks great but also supports our long-term objectives.

Our experience was overwhelmingly positive. If we had to suggest one improvement, it would be to provide even more training resources for our internal team to manage the website independently. That said, their ongoing support has been excellent and more than compensates for this.

Honestly, the experience was very positive overall. If anything, we would have appreciated even more detailed documentation of the system for our internal team, but this was a minor point in an otherwise excellent engagement.

Users using the app, good feedback from EdTech conferences, schools & teachers understand the need for this product, marketing social media with outstanding results and impressions (have not done campaigns for sales yet), students actively use this product, school-district interest is high

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Our working relationship has been long. Like any relation, started strong and faded a bit and then got back on track. They were eager to solve the problems and help in any way and due to our time difference, they even got online really late and were understanding of the scenario. Their delivery was good 90% of the time. Small hiccups happened, but nothing that was substantial. 

There were miscommunications and misunderstandings as expected from both ends, but overall they met the mark. Their response to my needs was proactive - they were thoughtful in that regard. Overall good people and very insightful and thoughtful, with whom I have built a solid relation over the past year and a half. Most of all, they are great developers and programmers, who think creatively and build products with a simple, yet elegant design.

Robin (CEO) was thoughtful and enjoys solving problems by building unique solutions that improve society. His thinking has always been user-centric and that resonates with the team as well. 

All members of the team had various skill sets and were well-equipped to do any project. Most of all, despite the distance and language barrier we were able to effectively communicate and work through the project. All of their passionate and proactive attitudes is the company's strength and is very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something BoomDevs LLC could have done differently?

Constant testing for issues and improving them as needed was not always consistent. Ensuring an alternate solution would be okay to implement before implementing it could have saved time and effort. Establishing direct communication with developers earlier could have been helpful. Timing for project deliverable was difficult to establish and after it was "delivered" a receipt/checklist of met deliverables would be helpful.
