First, we conducted a meeting with bonami’s developers and informed them about the project. Then shared the project scope and developed a plan to build the platform. Then we introduced them to the designer team and shared the ideas and then finalised the design for the development. Then we decided on sprints and divided our work into sprints.

We worked on architecture, In the initial sprint we worked on backend architecture and cloud service. Then, the team worked on UI/UX and created an admin portal to website designing. They also helped us structure the back end architecture. Technologies we used were Python, Django, GraphQL, AWS-Amplify, Reactjs, PostgreSQL

After the launch of our website, the traffic was good. We tested each and every module and aspect of the website, and They have done an excellent job. The website's responsiveness and user experience are extremely good.

The work scope was our E-Commerce website with product listing, payment gateway, card functionalities, and also one section about our company and their details. Python and Angular were used for the development. We firstly concluded a meeting and discussed the designs and vision behind the development. This helped in getting a clear pathway for the process. 

The attention to details by the developers was just remarkable. During the build phase, we have bi-weekly meetings with sprint objectives specified and documented and status updates and completion reports. Every week, there was a review of the app's updated development and the added or upgraded features.

We are focused on saving the oil and the soil. We are making maximum efforts to reduce oil and water pollution and to promote this we need a website. Bonami has collaborated with us on a variety of projects and assists us in creating automation solutions for our clients. Since we collaborate frequently, our team essentially consists of 50% Bonami personnel and 50% internal resources. We move on to the following project as soon as one is complete. We stick with the same team even if each project has unique features and functionalities. 

For these projects, we work with Bonami to customise an ingredient-handling system. Users can use this system to manage components like flour, water, yeast, and sugar that are necessary for baking. Additionally, it aids in the management of the recipes used by the machinery to create dough for various goods, such as bread or pizza. This system provides for the administration of ingredients and recipes as well as the ordering of dough batches for production. 

The programmable logic controllers at the bakery that run the equipment are then automatically sent the production plans via open platform communication interfaces. We have worked closely with Bonami to design every aspect of the system, from formulating the ingredients and recipes to scheduling the manufacturing schedules. 

On top of that, we record a lot of information for traceability purposes when manufacturing instructions are carried out in the bakery. In the food industry, we must be able to identify the ingredients and the steps taken to produce a specific end product. We gather a lot of information from the production process with the help of this traceability feature. 

After that, we save it in a database and create reports using that data. Additionally, Bonami is alone in charge of our testing automation; they handle everything on their own. We used a SQL Database and.NET Core as our technology stack. We also have a web-based UI built using Angular, on which Bonami is actively developing.

Other businesses treat the individuals they outsource like a collection of numbers. I don't feel that way with Bonami, though. It's fantastic that they have concern for their community.

Working with Bonami presented some challenges throughout the initial month. It took us some time to convince them that this was not how we wanted to work because they were a little pushy in seeking to include a project manager from their team. In the end, Bonami agreed with our choice, and we immediately began working together effectively. All we had to do was learn how to communicate. They now resemble a member of our team.
