Alli AI and Blubird have a strategic partnerships where we provide the software platform they use to improve organic rankings for clients using our AI. We have worked with blubird on this and collaborated with ongoing PPC and other marketing campaigns for clients.

For what projects/services did your company hire Blubird Marketing, and what were your goals?

We have used Blubird Marketing on many occasions for content marketing, social media marketing and PPC. Our organic SEO projects with them are ongoing. In every case time after time Blubird as come through and overdelivered.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our joint projects across all niches and locations have one common goal increase targeted traffic and sales for clients. Blubird was there, ready and able to fulfill our needs and the needs of the end clients.

There have been multiple projects and there are ongoing projects so it would be difficult to go into the scope of work on only one individual project. Most of the clients we serve are small to medium mostly locally based businesses in the united states.

We have worked directly with Lauren and with her staff as well. All in all there are usually about 4-6 people involved in each project we do as a joint venture.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

If you check blubird reviews in their google my business profile you will see that they regularly receive 5 stars from businesses who have worked with them besides ours. In every case with clients we have been able to reduce or maintain their current monthly budget while increasing leads and revenue.

All communication is done thru video calls, screensharing and emails. This has worked very well and efficiently for all team members as of course we are all in different geographical locations.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What is most impressive is they are barely a 2 year old company but they operate like an online agency that has been around for many years. They are able to deliver large agency-type results at very affordable prices.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We would like to do more joint ventures with Blubird in the future. We have no complaints at all working with their team. Everyone is on the same page.

I've been following Blubird Marketing on social media for a while now. I knew I wanted to work with Lauren somehow and I'm happy I jumped at this opportunity.

Lauren sent over the first version within the day and I had very little revisions. The response times were very speedy and we were able to finalize everything within a couple days. Lauren listened to my goals and delivered accordingly!

What I found most impressive about working with Blubird is their willingness to hear out the client so that they get things pretty close to perfect with the first go-around.

I’m the founder of a vodka startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with Blubird Marketing?

We are just beginning to establish our brand and we wanted to build a website, so I contacted Blubird Marketing.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started by telling Blubird Marketing about our business. At that point, however, we didn’t have a color palette yet, so Lauren (Digital Marketing Specialist & Owner) took charge of everything while we chose all the elements that would go into the brand. After deciding on the colors, we then had a logo designed. She added different elements and even set up the domain name for our email.

Our website is not a fully developed concept yet, but we are definitely taking it step-by-step. Their team has built it to have an age verification page that leads to a home screen. There we have our logo, slogan, as well as our story which is the main thing we’re trying to lure people into. We had given her a summarized version of our story but she really expanded it into something that will appeal to any reader.

Our interactive site also has a contact page and a section for different recipes involving our vodka products that people might want to try. We’ve also made a shop feature for our shirt and hat. We’ve yet to take on the social media aspect, but she assured us that she’s very willing and available when we’re ready to move forward. Everything is looking great so far and it is easy to navigate through the site.

How did you come to work with Blubird Marketing?

I wanted someone who was familiar with working within my field. A couple of friends said that Blubird Marketing was one of the best, upcoming marketing agencies right now and that Lauren really works well with people, so I gave her a ring. I decided to work with her because I found that she was very friendly and willing to help.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $2,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership began around December 2020. Within the past two weeks, however, we’ve had to undergo a rebrand so we’re still working with Blubird Marketing. Once we launch our product, I’ll continue to use more of their services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The only way I can measure our success right now is through word of mouth. All my colleagues are definitely impressed with the website and how professional it looks. We had a lot of trust in Blubird Marketing, and they delivered and exceeded every expectation we had. 

Being able to show a website with our logo changes people’s perspective of our company and, moving forward, legitimizes us. Our email also works great and definitely looks more professional when I make inquiries anywhere. Everything turned out well, and I think we’re definitely on the right track. 

How did Blubird Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

I’m not a tech-savvy person, but she walks me through the whole process and makes it very easy. She’s very patient with us, especially when we get stuck on something. 

Every little tweak that we need to perform would be done within the next hour or so. We were going one way with the brand and had to completely change everything midway, but Lauren has been great with managing all those little changes. 

We typically communicate over email, but I got her phone number so I could give a call or text her if I needed anything. She would offer her opinions from a marketing standpoint if we needed advice and just went above and beyond to help us out.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Everything that needed to be done, Lauren has completed in a timely manner. I didn’t think it was possible to get things done like this because our competitors had a hard time making a website. Meanwhile, we’re already out there and in the beginning stages, which puts us at an advantage. Lauren has been very professional and is an awesome person to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, everything has kind of been on us. Everything that we’ve asked Lauren to do, she gets done. I wouldn’t change a thing.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t be shy and definitely ask for Lauren because she will immediately take anything under her wing. We had no idea about design and what it could provide for us but we trusted Blubird Marketing and they didn’t disappoint. Not everyone knows how to market certain things or design websites like they do.

I’m the office manager at Wasatch Midwifery and Wellness, a birth center in Salt Lake City.

What challenge were you trying to address with Blubird Marketing?

We had a unique situation where a marketing company was claiming that they were running campaigns for us, but they were just keeping our money. Our whole website went down, and we were in a big scramble. We were in a situation where they had our domain name hostage, and we needed help to get out of that.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lauren (Owner) helped us get back our website. Then, we did small changes to our website with the goal of making it up to date and readable.

Over time, we realized that we wanted to do a complete rebuild of our platform because we were not able to do any of the changes on our own. Lauren offered to step in and gave us a good picture of what we needed to do for the long term so that we didn’t have to hire someone to do handle our site every time. 

As such, we’re in a middle of a big website project, and so far, the team has finished our color palette. We’re also doing new images and a completely different website layout. Their main goal is to make our platform user-friendly, accessible, and easy to navigate. Additionally, they're performing SEO services. 

They’re currently not running any campaigns for us because we already have another marketing company that does that. However, we want to move some of that business over to Blubird.

Lauren is a childhood friend of one of our employees and she recommended Blubird to us. We started chatting over Zoom and I could tell immediately that she knew what she was talking about. Moreover, she was willing to talk to me using layman’s terms. Simply put, Lauren was different than other companies who get so engrossed sharing technical terms.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Thanks to Blubird, we’ve been growing quickly, and a marketing professional that we work with told us that he has seen a big difference in our SEO work. Our website is still in transition right now, but we can’t wait to launch what Lauren’s working on right now. 

Additionally, they’ve assisted us to see things from a consumer point of view, and the team helps us anticipate what our consumers are going to ask us. In that sense, they help drive clients that we want to reach.

How did Blubird Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

Lauren looks out for our company, and she offers fair and competitive prices in order to support us and get us where we need to be. She’s taken the reins of our project, and she has been able to expand on our website excellently. It's also helpful that she puts little sticky notes on Google to place her suggestions. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lauren is friendly, bubbly, and easy to work with. We’ve never felt like we’ve been judged by her, and more importantly, she always looks for areas of improvement. I also follow her social media campaigns for Blubird, and I’m blown away every day — she’s always got something new to teach and the information that she shares has been helpful for us. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, she’s amazing. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommended BluBird to several of my friends. Honestly, I don’t think that it’s important for clients to know exactly what they want from Blubird. Overall, they’re driven and can really help clients focus on what’s truly important.
