The work area involved coming up with the whole front-end and the back-end of our learning portal. It implied user registration, course enrolment, video hosting, quizzes, progress reporting and tracking, administration controls, and payment structure. Bitloom took up the design of the UI/UX as well ensuring that the platform is responsive and plays on all devices.

Since we went live with the platform, we clearly observed an uprise in course sign-up and significantly improved user feedback based on navigation and usability. Students spent more time on the platform, finished more tasks and contacted us with tech concerns less often, which proved that the platform does its job properly.

They had sound project management. Through weekly project updates, they have provided milestones that are delivered on schedule. They did everything to accommodate us when we had questions or anything we wanted changed and never made it seem we were bothering them by any means.
