Goals were to get good quality blog content that we would be proud to put our own name on and not something that sounds like it was written by foreign writers whose first language is not English.

Received a message via email one day and it was timely because we were looking for va solid writing company as a partner for ongoing work.

They suggest topics and provide resources links and then write blog posts based on our needs for a range of clients from health to retail.

We work with Christie who is our ongoing contact and very responsive.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Always well written and if there are any issues they are willin to rewrite and submit quickly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Fast and efficient.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The quality of the writing is a cut above what we were used to before. They write in plain business-style language. I had found after trying out many other writers, that they often use flowery prose or big words, misplaced or misused, that nobody would actually say in real life.

Nope. 100% happy

I found them locally. While I wasn't necessarily looking for local, as most my clients are from all over the country and world, we started with one project. Their skill, timeliness, customer service, and pricing are so exemplary—unprecedented—they instantly became my go-to company.

I work directly with one of the partners, so I couldn't tell you the specifics on their end—just that my clients and I have been happy 100 percent of the time.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Projects (plural). Tracking impact in the world of publishing takes time. I'd say the biggest markers of success are satisfied clients and ongoing repeat business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

It has always been head of my company (me) connected with the head of Better Content Matters. It's been a back and forth with adjustments for every project, as on my end it goes to the client. And, with editing and development, all projects are considered works in progress until completion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I'm impressed by their pricing, timeliness,  and their collaborative, intelligent (and intuitive), and creative team. The leadership is top notch. Plus—and this is a big deal to me—they are fair and kind.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None. Other companies have competitive pricing, and other companies are fast/efficient, but in this business low pricing and fast turnaround generally means lower quality. Not in the case of Better Content Matters. On top of that, they're professional and courteous and listen to your needs.
